The location of this hotel is behind Permy Mall. You can find many restaurants close to this hotel. The condition of the hotel is very good, comfy, and clean.

Budget hotel for family, especially for those traveling to Sabah through the Brunei border. Near a food court and store. So many car parks available. The room smells good and is clean. I love the high-speed free Wi-Fi.

2Nd stay is away from 2nd hand smoke, but nearer to the ktv bar which always karaoke till midnight/after midnight if during weekends 😅 anyway, good stay and convenient if omit the noisy karaoke part.

Everything is good, except that my room is just beside the smoking area which gives me the headache. Everytime when someone is smoking the secondhand smoke will come into my room, and when they come back into the inn from the smoking area the whole common area + my room smelt cigars. 4 stars because of this: (.
