Place2Stay @ Sri Aman

我在房间里至少看到了两只蟑螂，可能还有很多我不敢去数的。此外，其他房间的同伴也遇到了蟑螂问题，而且窗户附近堆满了垃圾。

酒店内没有可供祈祷的祈祷垫。

The hotel as a whole is good, but the rooms are small and there are no footrests provided. If you want to stay for a day or two, it is recommended, especially for couples. It is not suitable for families with small children because the room conditions are uncomfortable. The time given for check-out is also limited, you have to check out early, before 12 noon, more than 5 minutes will be charged extra.

Bilik agak sempit untuk family tetapi so far ok lah, asal second sejuk. Bilik mandi banyak lipas then air bertakung area pintu tandas, lain oke layanan oke juga.

The toilet very smelly, some insect like cockroach, beatle inside the room.

The room is perfect l, the only is the too small for family.

Steady bah steady bah steady 🙂.

Tilam tidak empuk, bilik berbau hapak dan saluran TV sangat terganggu, sekap ada sekejap hilang siaran.

The room is not clean enough especially you will see the dust and Web around the corners.

Friendly staffs, money value but rooms for improvement in term of cleanliness.

Small room, toilet is smelly. And I can hear people outside the door talking out loud and bing bang the door.

When we first entered the room, we've got a big welcome by a HUGE cockroach which was fying around us. The washroom is very smelly. And the AC is not working properly. So we went down to the counter and told them about the room condition. The both receptionists were showing us the ignorance like we were disturbing them on their stuffs. And they just simply give us another room key without any apologies. So we went to the second room given. This time, we saw a lot of ants walking around the towels and doors. We were frustrated and we went directly to the counter again saying we want our deposit back. And we were being asked: "what do you mean 你现在是什么意思"in a very rude way. Next, the receptionist told me okay we will spray before giving you the third room. So. Do you mean that if there is no customers, you won't even take care of the hygiene? So when customers check in, only you guys told me you guys will spray and mop? This is the 3rd times I have been changing rooms in a hotel! Dear Place2Stay Sri Aman, how do you expect tourists/locals to stay here with those insects and stinky smells! Excuse me, I pay for good service, good hospitality and of course, good hygiene and good hotel environment. You guys don't deserve a star. 0/5. Conclusion: Room is smelly, dirty. Hot AC. Wifi is not working at all. Rude receptionist. Not even helpful. No more next time. Choose to stay in here if you want your days and nights to be accompanied by cockroaches, ants etc.

Best Experience. All Good. Comfortable bed, strong water pressure. Friendly staff. Can't complain.

Last night at 1 am, a rat was jumping on my hand to awake me from my dream.

Pressure water pressure is not strong. No kettle in room to make a coffee.
