Ritzton Hotel

Wifi is poor, room OK for single room, a little bit noise because I got front room first floor, so I can hear people walk. Overall I like the room little and tidy, a little bit far from central and other place.

Clean budgeted hotel, but room size a bit small.

Hotelnya sedang-dang saja, tapi kalau untuk sekedar istirahat masih oke. Lah, receptionist ramah good job

Pelayanannya ramah, lokasi dekat ke tempat makan dan ibadah. Sekeliling area hotel bisa untuk jogging.

Sesuai harapan saya dekat dengan gereja katholik, tempat makan, tempat belanja dan yang menarik kontur daerah sekitar bagus untuk pelari seperti saya. Pelayanannya baik dan ramah. Tempatnya bersih dengan harga yang tidak mahal.

Dari pelabuhan naik grab murah hanya ya ya kurang memuaskan karena mati lampu setengah jam, WiFi lemot banget, deposit 100 ringgit plus 10 ringgit tidak tahu buat apa tidak dikembalikan.

Friendly counter services, give me correct direction of where to settle my lunch meal. Standard room is way too small, suggest to get bigger room if want walking space.

Room was tiny!! But, OMG, the room was so clean and so posh and so beautiful! Really loved it! And the receptionist was so so sweet and helpful and ever ready to help... a really pleasant experience, thank you Ritzton!!! :)

Kamar minimalis tapi design interiornya bagus jadi nyaman. Staffnya ramah dan murah senyum.

No sound proof between walls. And noisy customers during midnight. Reception talking on the phone while serving customer checking in.

Cons: Cleanliness was average. Rooms not sound proof enough so noises outside can easily be heard. The room assigned to me upon check in was not cleaned at all and left in a mess by the previous guest. Pros: Good wifi Meets the minimum needs Clean and good looking reception area
