Sanctuary Garden

Staff were actually friendly. But the room itself is nothing but disappointment. No towels provided, no soap/shampoo. Pressure water pressure is very very low. Its like you shower with warm piss. Lucky we brought own towels. Need to go to nearest town to buy soap & shampoo. Travel light. What a joke. The room is nothing like in the pictures. The toilet is yellowish but still OK. The air conditioner remote is broken. Can't get under 22c. One light bulb is flickering. Have to turn it off. Imagine you checked in late at night just to be experienced all of this. I booked two rooms! The shame when my friends asked me why I booked this instead of other hotels is beyond measure. For the price I'd rather top up a bit just to stay in Kangar. The only upside, parking is abundant, no key card required so you can charge up your devices while you are away, and breakfast warung is just across the road. The Arau town nearby gives you plenty of options of foods and necessities. 24 hour dobi also got. Next to hotel is the car wash. Never got the chance to try the foods tho. Looks good.
