I recently stayed at Somerset Kuala Lumpur, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The hotel is impressively clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining hygiene is noticeable. One of the standout features is the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. It includes all the essentials you might need for cooking or dining, such as pots, pans, a stove, plates, knives, glasses, a dining table, and even a refrigerator. Additionally, they provide a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, making it feel more like a home away from home. For anyone looking for a comfortable and functional place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, Somerset is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement.Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. All children are welcome. An additional child or adult will be charged for extra bed. Each room can only accommodate one extra bed or crib. Request for extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by management. Additional costs will have to be paid for separately. Extra bed is not available for Studio room and 1 Bedroom categories.

地點好，静中帶旺，到雙子塔步程約二十分鐘，附近有餐廳、超市，十分方便，泳池、健身房很好，在天台上，房間整潔寬趟，員工友善，渡假之選！

Very good experience in this hotel. Large sleeping room with living room and kitchen, just like an apartment. The unit is clean, tidy and comfortable, very good maintenance .5 minutes walk to the railway station, 10-15 minutes walk to win tower.

Very very bad experience, when we check in, we saw a very dirty carpet and everywhere is old and not clean. The staff is not helpful, noone tell us how to log in the wifi.
when we want to go to the gym, it under maintenance ! The shower is broken, the curtain cannot close completely. It was already at mid night, we call to the reception many time , noone answer, we need to go down to the reception and ask someone to help. The most annoying is the breakfast, we are paying 200 US dollar per night ( even more expensive than St. Regis which is 10 time better ), we expect to have a buffet breaktfast inside the hotel , but we shock to find that the breakfast is in the small restaurant near by without air condition. We complain to the hotel manager. They let us cancel the other day booking but is too troublesome for us, so we stay one more night. We expect they will do something..but nothing happen and they even not to say sorry....
We will never come back to this hotel !!

带着2个娃娃出门，行程的最后三晚选择了公寓，真是明智。有带烘干功能的洗衣机将旅程中一堆脏衣服清理干净，有微波炉加热食物消夜，酒店的早餐也ok，不错的选择!

The room is big and clean with all basic facilities of a serviced apartment installed. The view of the bathroom is particularly splendid. Breakfast is simple but good enough - the pastry is super! (though the quality of coffee can be improved!) Location is a bit far from the LRT (10-minute walk with kids) but it should be ok for normal adults.
