NOTE: The Pacific Sky Lounge is no longer available - Guest are entitled to Pre Dinner Cocktails from 5.00PM to 7.00PM at The Champions Sports Bistro (Lobby level) - Free flow of non-alcoholic beverages (tea, coffee and soft drinks) - Food served in a Tier Stand (Menu-Chef’s choice) - Late check-out at 4.00PM (Subject to availability) - Complimentary 1 hour usage of Business Centre

It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.

Everything ok accept parking. Basement dan parking takde masalah the problem is why letak bumper dekat palang masuk dengan kecuraman basement kena pulak ada bumper so skirting kereta bergesel. First time jumpa basement park mcm ni dekat hotel

Sarapan enak-enak, kamar bersih, staff ramah, deket dengan city square, pasar malam mau kemana-mana deket deh pokoknya. Next kalau ke johor bakal menginap di sini lagi.

The bedroom is ok. The water heater the hotel need to do something. Rosak xtahu yg Mana panas yg Mana sejuk. You have to gamble. Old furniture. Not worth it for RM 200. Food ok. The check in receptionist senyum la sikit

Hotel lama, tapi lokasinya enak, kemana-mana dekat, ke 2 mal depeet, cari makan enak dekat, ke pasar karat dekat. Perut saya kenyang terus, Ke stasiun jb sentral juga dekat.

Resepsionis ramah dan cepat saat check-in. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan mal dan imigrasi cukup jalan kaki lewat jalan potong. Makanan banyak pilihan dan lumayan enak, bersih dan luas kamarnya. Pokoknya sangat direkomendasikan tidak bakal menyesal, sangat memuaskan.

The room type was the Tier 1. it is like an apartment suite. Very comfortable and big room in JB area.I love my days there.

Sebetulnya hotel worth it dengan harganya, cuma waktu check-in mesti tunggu sampai dengan pukul 3 baru kamarnya ada. Saya pesan 3 kamar, saat pukul 3, Hanya 2 kamar yang dikasih 1 kamar lagi baru dikasihkan pada pukul. 5. yang paling parah adalah internetnya worst untuk hotel sekelasnya. Eh disuruh check-out sebelum jam 12.
