VIP Hotel Segamat

这是昔加末唯一一家舒适的酒店。酒店周围没什么设施，但房间足够好，这足以成为选择它的理由。

很棒的地方。地理位置优越，方便前往城镇。早餐很棒。这里有一个非常棒的休闲场所。

Hotel room and bed are clean. Reception service was very good.

The hotel bedsheet has stains and the floor also had coffee stain when we checked ni. Not so satisfactory in term of cleanliness.

So far ok...family room pun besar.

1. Loosen tiles in front of bathroom, very noisy & uncomfortable when step on it. 2. Table lamp's is spoilt, same with the switch besides the bed.

Dalam tempahan disertakan sarapan ...di hotel sarapan tidak disediakan...tiada air tapi tiada makluman dari pihak hotel....setiap kali nak masuk bilik kad tak boleh guna.....stay 2 hari yang menyiksakan....setiap kali nak masuk bilik.....

improper maintenance of swimming pool

Sangat memuaskan, makanan pun sedap. WiFi ada masalah, langsung tidak dapat digunakan.

waiting time for check in was longer due to room not ready. got there at 14:30 but got the room at 1530. there were also flies at lobby & restaurant (the chef). however, the food is marvelous

Staf yang mesra pelanggan dan berbudi bahasa, selain itu, mempunyai kelengkapan untuk anda beriadah bersama keluarga dan teman-teman. Juga berhampiran dengan apa jua tempat yang ingin anda melakukan seberang urusan seperti bank, pejabat pos, kewpat dan lain-lain. Semoga anda merasai keseronokannya ketika menginap disini.

Very nice room & excellent breakfast. Clean, spacious & quiet. Everything are new.

1) Our car was approaching the main road entrance of the hotel but we was being stopped from entering by the guard patrol reasoning is because they have a few events and the carpark was full. We requested to have our luggage to be dropped at the lobby but still we are not allowed to do so. My hubby & I need to dragged our luggage along with my 2 yrs old daughter and walked all the way from the place where we parked our car (further after the petrol station). 2) The hotel room was so dusty, the table lamp and the phone are full with dust and even the chair. I have to wipe all the tables & chairs. 3) The toiletries: conditioning shampoo & body shampoo was so greasy, I don't even dare to touch it, make me wonder was the bottle was being refilled and re-use by all the customers? Overall cleanliness & hygiene of the hotel seriously need to be improvise...

Nice hotel. Clean & comfortable. The breakfast also nice & tasty! Clean swimming pool but don't have swimming pool for kids. Overall, it's a great stay!

Semua pun sangat ok bilik, kebersihan, sarapan cuma pool dengan kedalaman yang agak tinggi bagi kanak-kanak 7 tahun ke bawah sangat tidak sesuai sepatut didetailkan dalam spesifikasi pool hotel.

Everything as the same as I stayed before. Comfort and clean. Except for the food. Not as good as before. Pls improve.tq

Clean hotel... nice staff...nice swimming pool and gym set... and of because great tasty meal...

Had a pleasant stay here. While it is only a 3 star hotel but has most of the facilities that you can only find in 5 star hotel.

Need to wait for 2 hours plus to get a room
