Arrival at the Hotel: - Upon arrival, locate our self-check-in machine situated in the hotel reception area. 2. Start the Check-In Process: - Touch the screen to begin. - Select your preferred language. 3. Enter Your Information: - Input your booking reference number from your reservation confirmation. - Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity. You will be asked to enter personal details and scan your Malaysia ID either passport. 4. Deposit(refundable): - A deposit RM50 by cash is required and will be refunded if there is no damage to the room and the room key card is not lost. 5. Payment (if applicable): - If there are any outstanding payments, follow the prompts to complete the payment using your credit/debit card/E wallet. 5. Room Assignment: - The machine will assign your room and provide details such as room number and floor. 6. Key Card Issuance: - The machine will dispense your room key card. Ensure you collect it before proceeding to your room. 7. Additional Information: - You also can check out thru this machine. 8. Proceed to Your Room: - Use the room key card to access your room which is located on first floor. If you need assistance, our staff is available to help. The only problem is the hotel is too near a pub, so you will hear loud music. If you are with family and small children, it is not recommended, but if you are alone and can easily sleep or love to hear loud music, it is recommended.

The location is perfect. Room is specious. Near to restaurant and supermarket. The most I love of this hotel is perfectly located at sea side. The hotel staff also is very helpful.

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. Stuck in the room whole day due to bad weather but it's not bad at all. We still can enjoy our time here with the nice view from our room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
