Het was een mooi hotel. We hadden een 3 persoonskamer. Er was een klapbed toegevoegd. Dat was niet helemaal optimaal. De bedden waren schoon. Schoonmaak elke dag helemaal goed. 3 verschillende restaurants voor afwisseling qua eten. Fijn zwembad.

Excellent hotel, in a good location. Food was lovely and the option of having the speciality restaurants was great too. Would highly recommend this hotel

Hotellet är väldigt slitet och nergånget. Runt poolen är det möget och kraftig algblomning i kaklet. Poolområdet behövs stängas ner och rensas och verkligen städas ordentligt. Hela hotellet luktar av fukt och mögel. Det var stopp i vår handfat på badrummet och även där en stark lukt från både toalettstol och handfat. Det är även väldigt lyhört så förvänta er ingen god sömn- då man hör allt från korridor och kringliggande rum.Där är ingen animation dagtid. Animationsteamet tar fram lite klossar och sällskapsspel och sitter och väntar ut tiden, ingen interaktion med gästerna. På kvällarna är där en show varje kväll men det även det håller låg kvalitet. Detta är absolut inte ett hotell för en barnfamilj, där är inga aktiviteter för barn och barnklubben är ett litet rum inomhus. Där är alltså inga vattenlekar i poolen eller utelekar överhuvudtaget. Lunch och middag på huvudrestaurangen är dock väldigt bra. Gott och vällagad. Frukosten är tråkig och inga alternativ som pannkakor eller våfflor finns. Specialrestauranger hann vi pröva två av tre - Lume och el vagabundo. Lume var bra med tre rätters, servering vid bordet men el vagabundo va precis som på huvudrestaurangen en buffé restaurang. Jag är besviken över hotellet efter att ha rest till många hotell och platser runt om i världen som anställd av ett flygbolag, jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotellet till någon. Hotellet får om de önskar gärna kontakta mig för förslag till förbättring.

3eme voyage dans cet hôtel ,une fois avec mon mari ,une fois en famille a 6 et donc cette fois ci avec une amie collègue,on s'est règalees ,vraiment super la suite ,une terasse splendide avec 2trandat table +2fauteuil et table et bien sûr vue mer ,c'est formidable !

Emplacement ideal, les piscines sont trés agreable, le buffet est bon.

Wir hatten eine tolle Suite, welche allerdings nur aus einem Zimmer bestand. Die Terrasse war groß mit Meerblick. Die AI war ok. Das Essen sehr gut, aber bei den Getränken überschaubar. Die Pools waren sauber und sehr schön gelegen (einer auf dem Dach)! Sehr gut war auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV direkt vor dem Hotel!

Immaculately clean room. Staff in the dinning areas were nonchalant, unsmiling and reluctant to go above and beyond to help. Conversely, the reception staff were polite and helpful.

The location of this hotel is perfect. SPA area and Roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are a good size and if you have Sea view it’s a very beautiful view. Items I did not like. Bath towels are thread bare almost torn Tea facilities in both room and restaurants was not brilliant only builders tea available and old kettle in rooms Food was very tasty in main restaurant but nothing to shout home about. All inclusive drinks are off the tap wine and pre-mix carton cocktails (bring your own if you are fussy) Members of staff are not that helpful. It was good value for money and would rate it as a 3 star hotel

Welcoming and well-presented establishment. I had stayed here before and came back and probably will do again.

Breakfast was very busy but was fresh. Rooftop pool was very pretty. All inclusive drinks were very average.

Es war alles sehr sauber aber auch schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, bei schönem Wetter, draussen zu essen!

The hotel offers clean rooms and a very friendly staff, which made the stay pleasant. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool with amazing views. The food is good, although the selection is somewhat limited, and at breakfast there were no pancakes or omelettes available. If you are renting a car, parking can be an issue. Overall, the hotel is a good choice, especially outside of the high season.

Hotel was kept very clean, rooms done everyday to a good standard. Staff were very professional and polite.

The pictures in my opinion on the booking sites are nothing like what we were given. The room was dirty - cleaners only empty bins and wash out drinking cups with water, there is no deep clean even when we requested this twice - bedding was not changed. The food was really nice Staff are polite but it’s ashame the guests aren’t - no please and thank yous and they seem to walk into you!
