Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de lojas, restaurantes, supermercado….da pra fazer tudo a pé. Quarto espaçoso e bem limpo e os funcionários são muito prestativos.
Pra quem vai pra Cancún para curtir os passeios e explorar a cidade, recomendo esse hotel!

I was very impressed with everything at that hotel. Sadly I do not really remember names but you can probably find out who was there when I checked in and checked out. Anyhow everyone was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and accommodating. I also love the location. I'm an old lady and can't walk very much but I really appreciate it being so close to restaurant, convenience store, and in particular that great big Supermarket which I absolutely loved. Thank you so much and I certainly will recommend this to anyone.

Excelente hotel para quem não quer usar a estrutura (que não é ruim, muito pelo contrário, estrutura muito boa), mas é um hotel para dormir e aproveitar a cidade, passeios e arredores.
Hotel muito bem localizado ao lado de supermercados, restaurantes, coco bongo, mandala, outlets e portos de onde saem os passeios de lancha, catamarã, etc (aproximadamente 7 min de Uber).
Custo benefício excelente.

Tienen cobros extras a la hora de llegar y hacer el check-in. El personal de la recepción se toman las cosas personales y se ponen a la defensiva. La habitación normal, la toallas manchadas y yo con pena para que me cobran eso por eso tome video y fotos y el desayuno básico.

I had a great experience staying here. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
I haven’t stayed here since 2023, and I was really impressed with how much they’ve upgraded the hotel. Everything feels refreshed and well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
This is my go-to place whenever I visit Cancun, and they continue to deliver a consistently great experience. Highly recommend!

El piso de la habitación estaba muy resbaloso, el aseo muy tarde ( 6 PM ), El horario del desayuno muy rigido de 6 a 10 ( viene uno de vacaciones)
