I've stayed here 3 years ago and since then on my most recent trip it's really dropped off. Half of the outlets don't work, it took them bringing 4 irons before they brought one that actually worked. The paint in the room is dirty and just hasn't been kept up well. The shower head was busted and spraying water everywhere from the back. I had a two bedroom suite room 14. The Armonik website was very vague on details of the bed but it's a king in the primary living area and a full in the bedroom. Had we known this upfront I wouldn't have paid extra for this. There were a few positives as well and I can share the beds were very comfort. Definitely our last stay here.

- As a business traveler, there was no proper place to work. Only kitchen isle, very uncomfortable.

La habitación en general esta bien y en buenas condiciones, sin embargo el edificio se mueve demasiado, al paso de cualquier camión pequeño, argumentan que es normal pero yo viajo continuamente a la CDMX y eso no es normal.
La verdad me preocupa su resistencia en un sismo de magnitud alta, la verdad por esta situación no regresaría.

Great Location! Everything was close by including Cafe’s .. it can get a bit loud from the side rooms and the rooms upstairs. Other than that my stay was absolutely delightful and I will book again. Thanks!
