The room and view was amazing. The A/C worked awesome and the staff was very welcoming. Would stay there again, breakfast was 5 star quality. The restaurant staff was also 5 star.

El hotel es antiguo y le hace falta mantenimiento. El buffet muy caro para lo que ofrecen, es extra básico. El personal es amable, pero hay detalles desagradables como por ejemplo están comiendo en el escritorio . Sinceramente para la próxima ocasión buscaré un hotel en el Adoquín, que es una zona mucho más bonita

no nos dieron habitación hasta las 3pm, y el hotel estaba vacio en temporada baja, mi niño aprovecho esta espera para usar la alberca y no le quisieron dar una toalla porque no teniamos habitación todavia, y tenian muchas disponibles. El hotel es bueno y teniendo ya habitación la pasamos muy bie.n.

Room was clean, just needed repainting. Water took forever to get warm. Staff were courteous. Parking was extremely limited. In room coffee maker would have been nice.

Es un hotel muy bonito con una vista preciosa, pero muy sucio muy descuidado los cristales en general todos permanecen sucios ambos elevadores están sucios los pasillos sucios descuidados creo que necesita una supervisión general adecuada un mantenimiento mejor el personal buena atención pero si d un aspecto de mal olor

If you dont mind to use the toilet with your partner able to see you pick room #7. The door doesnt close due to the bed being too close to the door. The bed cannot be moved. The air conditioning was leaking water. Only tiny drops. Im not the type to complaint so i didnt bother, slept to opposite side. Even though all rooms were occupied in 3 days the pool wasnt maintained, the waterfiltering was off so i didnt use it. I Never use a pool if water filtering system is not working. For the price you can stay, its walking distance to Oregano restaurant (breakfast & early dinning). 5 minutes to closing continental breakfast, my pregnant wife and i wouldve appreciated at least coffee. Not a simple sorry we're closed for breakfast! Curtesy is always appreciated. It doenst matter if you stay in Zoa (Michellin star winner) or here....what really matter is how you are treated were you stay. Casa kalmar offers coffee all day, heated pool until 11pm, soft music morning hours. Best stay overall.

Las personas del ligas son amables y además está limpias las área tanto las habilidades y lo demás si volvería a ir .

Not enough towels in the two rooms, nor toilet paper. (Which was not new rolls) Drunk people around the pool with loud music. Beautiful hotel, but the staff unhelpful and the environment not the best.

Nuestra estancia en Hotel Playa Caracol, en Puerto Escondido (habitación 306), fue decepcionante. El hotel no es como se muestra en las fotos en línea. El estacionamiento es limitado y esto no se menciona al momento de reservar. La actitud del personal, especialmente durante el turno nocturno, fue poco profesional y descortés. Además, encontramos cucarachas en la habitación y no recibimos seguimiento por parte de la gerencia tras reportarlo. Durante la limpieza, también retiraron una toalla personal que no pertenecía al hotel. En nuestro último día de estancia, en el área de la piscina existen supuestas reglas, sin embargo, permiten el ingreso de cervezas en botella. Una de estas botellas fue arrojada y golpeó mi automóvil, y el hotel consideró que una simple disculpa era suficiente, sin asumir mayor responsabilidad. En general, el servicio, la seguridad y la experiencia estuvieron muy por debajo de lo esperado. ⸻ 🏨 Our stay at Hotel Playa Caracol in Puerto Escondido (room 306) was disappointing. El servicio de restaurante, es bastante sencillo y el servicio de bar es muy pobre tanto en sabor como en presentación, además que cuentan con muy pocos snacks

Servicio excelente y recomendable

La atención en recepción fue excelente, facilitaron nuestro check-in y check-out mucho. Además, la atención del personal en todo momento fue agradable

Todo, habitaciones sucias, regadera espantosa, cucarachas, pésima actitud de la gente del restaurante, demasiados químicos en la alberca, mal olor en las camas. etc.

Hubo un día que tuvimos un problema con la limpieza del cuarto pero lo solucionaron después
