La habitacion estaba bien, pero el buffet estuvo pesimo, toda la comida fria, pague 2 dias desayunos, solo lo use uno, preferi perder el 2do dia y comer en otro lado...

my reservation was not respected or accepted. I arrive late at night and was told that my reservation was cancel even though I did it 24 hrs before and it was accepted at the time. I was very disappointed with Marriott for doing this action. I feel that if a reservation is accepted when it was generated then it should be met. I had to look for another hotel very late in a city I'm not too familiar. I do want to add that staff was very professional and attempted to contact other Marriotts to see if there was availability but, there was none. I'm still very disappointed because of what happened, I travel with my 80+ year old mother and my blind older brother, and I had to search for hotels very late at night just to get them a place to sleep. I love staying at Marriott properties I was even a pass employee for Marriott for 13 years but, this move was really terrible at best. I am very dissappointed.

Llegué cansado 11:30 pm, nos comentaron que se había caído el sistema de registro, no lograron hacerlo, estuvimos en la sala de la recepción esperando más de 45 minutos, hasta que nos ofrecieron a que el encargado de seguridad nos acompañara al cuarto para abrir la puerta, las llaves que nos dieron por lo tanto nunca sirvieron. Me comentaron que si quería bajar en la madrugada me daban una reposición. El elevador no se podia usar sin las llaves, tuve que bajar por un pedido y bajarme en otro piso para luego subir por las escaleras de servicio. En el cuarto en el sillón encontramos una liga elástica negra de cabello. Había una sola botella de agua en el cuarto de 600 ml. En general no me agradó nada. Tenía mayor expectativa del hotel, el cuarto no feo pero mal servicio en general.

Check in was stated to be at 3pm and we weren’t given access until 4:15. Their reasoning was that “suites take longer to clean” when we entered the suite, it felt warm. We tried lowering the temperature but it turned out the AC wasn’t working so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The lotion is the restroom appeared to be used as if it wasn’t switched out. The room looked tidy and the bed was comfortable but I don’t know if I’d be willing to stay there again.
