Room was clean , staff was very courteous. Enjoyed my stay.

clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has been remodeled since our last stay. The food at the restaurant was great and having a Starbucks on site was helpful when a quick bite and coffee was needed on the way out. Will definitely be staying here again.

Al reservar se solicitó un tipo de habitacion y no respetaron mi solicitud y aparte que voy a descansar estaban arreglando y desde tempran mucho ruido de taladro y martillo y falta de vigilancia en la alberca porque estaban unos jóvenes con tremendos inflables acaparando casi toda la alberca y muchos gritos

La habitación estaba limpia es de buen tamaño y 3l personal fue muy amable

Habitación perfecta. Colchon. Almohadas. Tv. Regadera. etc.

El servicio de restaurante es pésimo, los meseros en lugar de estar atentos a sus mesas están platicando entre ellos nos tardaron más de 25 min para llevar el desayuno, solo voltean a ver pero ninguno es para acercarse a preguntar si se ofrece algo

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

Overall good

Doors are really loud. So at anytime of the morning (3,4,5am) you might be woken up from the doors slamming. Other than that, its a nice place to stay.

We booked this hotel due to our flight airline cancelling our flight the day of. Thankfully this hotel made a very hectic day alot easier. They have a very good restaurant with plenty of options. Everything we ate was exceptional. And the best part was how comfortable the beds were. After such a long day, all we wanted to do was rest and these beds did the trick! The staff was so friendly and treated us well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. And, if we are ever in Durango City again, we will be staying here!
