The rooms were spacious and staff were very courteous. The gym needs a little work, none of the machines except the elliptical worked but plenty of weights and mats to get a good workout in. Great central location.

Excelente ubicación al igual que la atención del personal todos muy amables y de gran apoyo, las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias, servicio de restaurante las 24 hrs! Superó nuestras expectativas. Algunos comentaban que por su ubicación , se observaba muchas personas en situación de calle, sin embargo nosotros justo en el área del hotel no tuvimos ese problema, caminamos por por la noche varias veces , es una gran opción para hospedarse en GDL y regresaremos sin duda !

More than satisfied the place is very very clean, staff is very professional and friendly, I felt safe all time they are pending and monitoring every person coming in and out, they have cameras around the place including transportation, I saw security staff every single time when I walked in and out

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Airport pick up shuttle service was great, friendly and prompt. Bell service was friendly and with a smile. He even helped removed the plastic zips that the airline added to the luggage. Check in staff was nice. But the other times not as much. The restaurant ladies were great, on top of making sure we got everything we needed.
