La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia y el hotel tampoco pero es un hotel súper bonito. El personal amable normal pero no espectacular

This hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The location next to the town square is fantastic. Very much enjoyed the Sky Bar with its wonderful views.

El personal del hotel es muy amable. El único problema es que me toco quedarme una noche más debido al problema que sucedió en Guadalajara. Hubiéramos esperado que el la administración del hotel fuera comprensible con esta situación pero no, nos cobró la noche de hotel completamente a precio, más caro de lo que me había salido por Hoteles.com y ni un agua te regalan. No es como que uno se hubiera quedado más tiempo por gusto y la administración nada comprensible de la situación tan fea que se estaba viviendo. Insisto los empleados muy buenos, pero jamás me volvería a quedar en este hotel, ya que hoteles donde estaban otros amigos también fueron más comprensivos.

Horrible experience in their dining room, eating inedible food...requested to leave one day early, and the manager agreed to return one night's balance to our group. They have not done that, nor will they respond to any emails. Also, a gold ring went missing in one of the suites we stayed in

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Tequila! We were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the bed was comfortable. We were fortunate to enjoy both dinner and the breakfast buffet in the onsite restaurant. The location was perfect in its location on the square. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself felt like its own oasis. We were able to have our luggage checked before checking in so that we could explore Tequila. The rooms were clean and beautiful.

Son unos rateros porque después de 10 días que estuve ahí y PAGUÉ todo si no hubiera salido me llega un cargo por más de $6,000.00 porque según ellos se equivocaron, cantidad que no me han devuelto

Solar de las Ánimas is an absolutely beautiful and magical hotel. The architecture, atmosphere, and location in Tequila are outstanding, and the overall experience was amazing. Everything about the place feels authentic and special. The only downsides were poor room cleaning, which was inconsistent, and an issue at checkout where they couldn’t return my deposit due to a machine problem, which was inconvenient. Despite this, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I would still recommend it. With better housekeeping and smoother operations, it would be close to perfect.
