The room was in good condition. The bathroom shower floor needed better cleaning.
On checking in late we were not given details of the door digital lock so it took some fiddling until we received instructions the next day.
There was no hot water the last two days. The staff did provide us with a room where we could shower the last day. The room had just been checked out from and had not been cleaned.
There was one coffee pod provided when we arrived which was not replaced the next day. We needed to ask at the desk every day for a replacement.
There were two towels provided and one rag. After three days we needed to ask for the towels to be replaced.
