This property is well maintained, in an easily accessible and central part of the city, and felt very safe. For a longer stay, an apartment suited our needs best. The host was very communicative and the process was simple. We were close to everything, with great food and drink nearby, public transportation down the block, and the gorgeous Alameda Central Park in the vicinity.

The place was clean and big enough for me. The place has a kitchen, living room, small dining table, washer and dryer and a separate bathroom. Made me feel at home. Once you’re inside the building, it feels like you disconnect from the outside, as it feels quiet and peaceful. Security is a top notch and they will not allow anyone without a keycard to go in or out. The building is within walking distance to many places or you can call a ride-share app and they’ll pick you up right in front of the building. Will definitely stay here again when I go back.

Excelente lugar para la familia, habitaciones separadas y una estancia. Considera que el balcon y las ventanas dan hacia la calle asi que si eres de sueño ligero, el ruido pudiera molestarte. Esta a un lado del elevador y en el 2do piso por lo cual lo vuelve practico para subir y bajar. Con A/C aunque en CDMX casi no se usan, pero es un punto a favor por si en verano se requieira. Si piensas ir a la alberca considera que es obligatorio el uso de gorro para alberca y traje de baño. Si vas por varios dias es excelente, pues esta bien equipada en cocina y cuenta ademas con lavadora y secadora. En el balcon hay unas plantas, considera darles amor y ponerles agua. Mucha variacion para comer a unos pocos pasos, transporte publi cerca, tanto lineas de metro, Metrobus o ecobici. Museos y teatros tan solo caminando asi como comercio. La comunicacion con los administradores es facil y rapido. El unico pero, es que hay que esperar afuera del edificio hasta que llegue el administrador, pero es una regla del edificio. Seria ideal poder pasar a los sillones de la estancia y esperar ahi.

The property is in an excellent location—very central, with many sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Public transportation options are also very convenient and easy to access.
However, the apartment itself is quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. The furniture feels old, and the space lacks comfort and thoughtful details. Basic supplies and amenities were limited, which made the stay less enjoyable.
Overall, the apartment does not feel like a home. It felt more like a one-star hotel or a budget hostel room rather than a comfortable place to stay.

Si pudiera dejar menos cinco estrellas, lo haría. Nuestra experiencia en este departamento en Ciudad de México fue muy mala desde la llegada: no es como en las fotos y al entrar había un olor muy fuerte y desagradable. Las sábanas, almohadas y cobijas estaban sucias y polvosas, y todo el lugar tenía mucho polvo, lo que nos provocó alergias e incluso problemas en la piel. El papel de baño era de pésima calidad, casi como periódico, y solo dejaron dos toallas para dos personas para una estancia de seis días, algo totalmente insuficiente, además de que la cama parece piedra !! Pesimo para el costo tan caro, también la comunicación fue deficiente desde el inicio y por WhatsApp fueron groseros y poco profesionales. Además, el departamento es muy ruidoso y no permite descansar. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, ya que la zona es buena y caminable; fuera de eso, no lo recomendamos si buscan confort, limpieza y buena atención.
