The property itself is gorgeous, amazing. They have wast spaces, beautiful landscaping, the marbels, the woods, the mirrors, the arts, modern and antique. The problem is, they have no management that would make any sense. So, despite the beauty of the place, we had horrible, miserable time. They had no coffee for me, they had no hand towels for some strange reason… Any question we posed at the reception desk had the answer NO. The restaurant, while beautiful, was horrible. The food was merely eadible. Wine program non existent. And lying about having wines while not having them… Very strange. The simple workers, people helping with parking, luggage were great, thanks god. Ulrtimately, before the management changes, I do not recommend this hotel.

AC from my room did not work. After 3 complaints they changed my room however the other room had the same problem. Definitely would not come back to this hotel despite the great attitude from the staff.

Un lugar hermoso, con excelentes y elegantes instalaciones

Es una verdadera lástima que después de estar yendo desde el 2019 en mi estancia en este último viaje , me encontré con servicio bajísimo de nivel, cuando entré a dormir quise darme mi ducha y me encontré que no había ninguna toalla, llamé a la recepción y nadie me respondió, estuve 25 minutos llamando, tuve que salir en pijama y no encontré a nadie en la recepción, después de un rato apareció el recepcionista indicándome que estuvo atendiendo un cliente, hasta las 1:30 de la madrugada obtuve mis toallas, al final me acosté a las 2:30 de la madrugada, sin poder descansar ya que a las 7:00 tenía que salir para una cita, en lugar de descansar fue un verdadero infierno

Habitación limpia , las camas muy comodas, personal atento El desayuno bufet excelente

Todo bien. Pero la propiedad es muy pero muy vieja. No respetan los descuentos de alimentos de expidia, solo deja 1 agua la primera noche, despues hay que pagarlas. El restaurante deja mucho que desear en la calidad de los alimentos. La alberca no tiene servicio ni toallas, esta abandonada.

Considero que deben prestar mayor atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones. Solo les dan un trapazo y listo.

El baño tenía los herrajes de la tasa en malas condiciones, el baño se llenó de agua. Reporte al salir, comenté que le hice un arreglo provisional y nadie le dio mayor importancia a mi información.

EXCELENTE

The grounds are beautiful. Our suite was large, beds were very comfy. We attended a Valentine's Day dinner and show and it surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed the breakfast brunch. Plenty delicious food to choose from and beautiful piano music in the background.
