Buena vista. Lugar limpio. Faltó información de la alberca de residentes y de los huéspedes de hotel. Y les falta personal en el Valet, se tardaron en entregarme mi camioneta más de 30 minutos

Good hotel well located nice beach and views of the ocean

Tuve una estancia muy agradable. El hotel destacó por su excelente servicio, la amabilidad de su personal, sus instalaciones impecables y una ubicación inmejorable. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria.

I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym amenities it was very impressive! The location is very safe and the rooms are spectacular.

My stay at SLS Cancun was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I kept my wallet containing cash inside the room safe. Two days later, I opened the safe and discovered that $150 USD was missing. Given that the wallet had been stored in the safe, this was very concerning. What made the situation even worse was the hotel's response. After reporting the issue, I received little communication from management. On the day of checkout, I had to seek out staff myself for an update. Nobody proactively contacted me or kept me informed about the status of their investigation. The only explanation I received was that they had "checked the log." When I asked what the log showed—whether it tracked room access, safe access, or anything relevant—I was not given a clear answer. When I asked to see the log, I was told it was private information. At no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that there was a genuine effort to provide answers. Finding money missing from a wallet stored in a room safe is concerning enough; being left to chase down updates only made the experience worse. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution future guests not to assume that their cash or valuables are secure simply because they are locked in the room safe. If something goes missing, do not expect clear answers, transparency, or meaningful follow-up from management. Very disappointing experience

Good location close to town. Great security. Rooms had great amenities and we're very comfortable. Common areas like elevator should be cleaned with stainless steel cleaner.

Muy limpio y bonito

Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too high for what it is.
