ULIV 墨西哥公园

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It’s well located. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hot water lasts about 3 mins max, I couldn’t even wash my hair- we had to be out of the showers within 3 mins.

The room and location were great. The door is a bit hard to find and could use some signage. The security guard was very helpful. Our patio door lock would unfortunately not lock but the area felt very safe overall and it didn’t concern us. Would stay again.

Great location and very clean. Kitchen had everything for basic cooking.

The location was wonderful and the apartment very nice. The only problem was the plumbing. One night we had no water as a leak forced our water to be shut off. Two days later there was a leak in our sink. Both were fixed but the plumbing needs to be improved.

The space, staff and location

Las instalaciones muy bien a pesar de no contar con elevador que para nosotros que éramos muchos subir y bajar las maletas. Pero aún así el personal nos asistió en todo momento fueron muy serviciales. El apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Si algo tuviera que decir es que derepente la limpieza podría ser mejor había algo de polvo y basura de huéspedes anteriores. Pero después de eso todo súper bien muy céntrico, me gustó que cerca estaba el super y el parque y varios restaurantes. Nos dieron tranquilidad y seguridad al salir y al regresar.

Great location. Spacious layout. Needs some routine maintenance as it ages. Hire regular cleaning (an extra) to ensure you have towels, etc. Also, note we were up 3 flights of stairs. For very elderly people like I traveled with, you should know in advance. The kitchen was great!! And we started each day with a cooked meal. There is construction next door, so lots of noise (and music!!) during daytime hours, but we were touring, so not a big deal. The staff were great! Courteous, helpful.. the manager speaks good English (if you need it). This is in an IDEAL location. If you're healthy and 3 flights are no issue, I'd recommend this location.

Me gusta que tengamos a unos pasos el parque México, es bastante práctico para poder salir a correr o caminar.

Tout était parfait

Everything was good and clean. Only issue is we didn’t receive the access code. We had to wait for security get us a code. And in the morning the code was no longer working.

You can not beat the location of this hotel. It's a 1 minute walk to the Parque de Mexico which has dozens of cafe's bars, and restaurants surrounding it. La Condesa was by far the best area we saw in CDMX so we're so glad we stayed here. The room was great and the staff was always ready to help with anything. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The space and location were terrific. I would recommend that management look into the hot water situation. Both bathrooms had intermittent hot water but this was a minor inconvenience and the overall stay was great.

We loved our stay. The place was spotless, staff was Wonderful and the location was perfect for our stay.

Always have the best time at any ULIV but Condesa will always keep me coming back! I would just note that there are no elevators. But they hold your luggage after check out which is always super helpful for me! Kind staff and always clean.

The perfect apartment in a great location! I loved the space this apartment gave us. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms so my son and I each had our own space. There is a grocery store nearby, and plenty of dining options. The 2 security guards were so friendly and I always loved them watching over us. My only complaint is that there is some construction currently going on next door (obviously the hotel has no control over this). The noise doesn’t start until about 8 and goes until 5 or 6. So overnight sleep is great, but if you need a quiet place during the day….this might not be it until the construction is done. Otherwise a great place and would recommend!
