We had a wonderful stay at this ULIV. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always willing to help with anything we needed, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay.
The location is unbeatable — perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this ULIV.

Die Location ist unschlagbar! Das Museum Sumaya, Plaza Carso, Plaza Antara und der Palacio de Hierro (Luxus-Kaufhaus mit tollem food court) sind fussläufig erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Starbucks, in dem man morgens frühstücken kann.
Das Apartment selbst war auch super! Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder. Nur das Fenster zur Strassenseite ist leider nicht wirklich isoliert, so dass man den Strassenlärm auch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich hört (zumindest in den unteren Stockwerken).
Gut zu wissen:
Der Eingang des Gebäudes ist etwas unscheinbar, es gibt kein “ULIV” Schild aussen.
Trotz gegenteiliger Info, konnten wir die Koffer beim check-out nicht an der Rezeption aufbewahren lassen.
Fazit: perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt!

Demasiado retardado el check in. El estacionamiento solicitado o comentado no estaba “asignado” por lo que nos tuvieron esperando más de 30 min con molestia por tener que hacer esa “asignación.” Y me pidieron depósito que no estaba en el contrato que pedirían

Estancias como ULIV tienen una administradora que es la que informa a la propiedad que vas a llegar, a esa persona se le olvidó avisar de mi reservación y no nos dejaban ingresar a la habitación a pesar de mostrarles el número de reservación, a pesar de haber notificado nuestra hora de llegada. Esperamos por más de media hora para que nos dejaran entrar. Adicional a ello la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear.

The location is superb, 15 min walking distance to everything you need or want. The amenities are as you’d expect of such building however if feels as if you were always bothering the staff (who are part of the building not the company hosting you). The apartment has good taste but is veryvery small, some doors don’t even open entirely. The lack of interest in providing the basic needs such as one toilet paper for two bathrooms, one trash bag for a 9 night stay, no cooking tools. The last day the cleaning service enter our apt at 9:50 scaring my daughters saying they were sent by the security staff to scort us out was just another example of the lack of interest for them to not even make you feel welcome but just to leave you be.

Excelente ubicación, quien nos recibió fue muy atenta y nos dio mucha información de la zona. La propiedad tenía un olor peculiar, como si hubieran trapeado solo con agua. Encontramos en un clóset una toalla sucia que reportamos. No cuenta con aire acondicionado.
