El acceso al establecimiento puede resultar un poco complicado. A pesar de que envían las indicaciones por correo electrónico, la señalización al llegar no es clara y es fácil perderse. Sería de gran ayuda que colocaran un letrero visible al llegar a Villa Garven para evitar que los huéspedes se confundan con el hotel vecino

The pool/spa area has the best views and the property is very clean. This has been one of my favorite places to relax. The room is clean and has an excellent view. Self Check in is easy and the staff respond promptly to requests.

Sin duda un lugar con magia, espectacular, la mejor vista de valle de guadalupe.

Love the entire stay. The architecture and decor was amazing! Valle is a beautiful place to visit. Would encourage staff to have hot tub heated before guest arrival as we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it.

Beautiful, clean hotel. It is a very special place with amazing views. My second time staying here and I will be back.

Hermoso y atentos

Room was clean , I love the atmosphere, the view from the window was amazing, the pool was clean and enjoyable , the food was also amazing, the jacuzzi was Huge and had great views, overall it was great, I really recommend it.

We were lucky enough to have perfect weather and for the first two days have Villa Garven (two lofts and main suite) to ourselves. The views were amazing, the hot tub was perfect, and the pool was a perfect place to spend a day. Only real concern is letting folks know that the driveway to the place requires a bit of off roading and that Villa Garven actually does NOT provide separate towels for the pool.

The location of the property was good. Beautiful view but the lil hill was challenging as my car was struggling lol. I needed a tv and refrigerator but it gave a camping vibe. The pool and jacuzzi access was elite. The service was amazing over all. Quick response and available to answer any time.

The room is nice. Beautiful view. Unfortunately the access is very complicated, the are not any signs. Limited service, the nearest restaurant was close. Not even coffee maker in the room.

excelente lugar! solo falta una cafetera

El lugar es súper bonito. el restaurante solo abre de viernes a domingo. Es complicado llegar ahí porque la calle está muy complicada de subir. Le decíamos la licuadora porque bajábamos y subíamos mareados. No hay staff sin embargo atienden muy rápido el teléfono si algo se llegara a complicar. Es básicamente como un airbnb. Las cortinas no bajaban y se atoraban. También los cajones. La vista es impresionante y todo el lugar está muy bien hecho a excepción de los baños y puertas. Si vas con amigos es muy cómodo el cuarto Master porque tiene una sala enorme para convivir y la terraza. Puedes poner musica sin alcanzar a molestar a nadie.

The Master suite is absolutely perfect! It was a it cold during the time I was there no heater but had extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again! The restaurant is only a 5 minute walk with the most beautiful heated pool and hot tub overlooking Valle de Guadalupe.

Muy mala atención, no hay señalamiento para llegar a la cabaña, tuve que andar preguntando, el camino de terracería está pésimo tiene muchas zanjas, solicité factura y nadie me contesta, no hay cafetera, le falta mantenimiento a los andadores, pero el lugar es bonito, es una lástima.😔

El acceso a la propiedad es deplorable. No hay calle pavimentada y el camino esta lleno de hoyos.

Nos fue mal . No hay nadie que te atienda cuando llegas,todo es por mensaje y se tardan en contestar, no limpiaron la habitación.

Mejorar el camino de subida con asfalto o concreto, más iluminación en la subida y en el caminito de piedra Poco difícil de ver de noche.
