Wyndham Ambassador es buen hotel de centro histórico todo te queda cerca es un hotel en buenas condiciones de mantenimiento con habitaciones muy espaciosas

me gusto el desayuno y la atención de los meseros, la atención de el personal del estacionamiento y mozo. No me gusto la limpieza del cuarto . les sugiero quitar las alfombras ya que provocan el intenso olor a humedad.

El hotel es muy viejo necesita renovacion , alfombras sucias y viejas , paredes con humedad , el aire acondicionado no enfria y la habitacion es demasiado humeda . Puertas del baño rechinan horrible, es un hotel muy viejo y sin mantenimiento .

El hotel está muy pero muy sucio huele a humedad desde los pasillos ya no hablemos de las habitaciones . Aire acondicionado de todo el hotel sin funcionar . Colchón y sábanas se sienten humedad y con olor a arrumbado Olor intenso e insoportable es una pesadilla de hotel a pesar de ser una cadena . Solo la recepción está limpia y huele bien es una trampa para reservar

Chose Wyndham brand thinking it would be better than unknown brand hotels in Monterrey. So terribly disappointed to find drain in shower not working and dirty water bath overflowing and backed up. The towels didn't look clean. The sink had a broken piece and drain also not working. Dirty sink water remained backed up from the night before. The room smelled damp and musty and AC did not cool at all. We reported the issues to friendly front desk staff who said a technician would be sent to address them, but no one came. We were so tired, and it was a 1night stay, so just gave up and finally slept for a few hours. Front desk staff was very helpful.

La recepción de vehículos muy amplio, no tomamos alimentos. las alfombre de pasillos sucia. En el interior del cuarto no teníamos toallas ni papel sanitario, tuvimos que solicitarlo a la recepción,

I have to admit I love this hotel. We stayed in it in October 2025 and again just recently. Older place but great rooms and the staff are amazing. Price is great.

Good location, quiet rooms, fleas and bed bugs on room,

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. Las instalaciones están en muy mal estado, todo se ve viejo y descuidado. Desde que entramos había un olor desagradable en la habitación, como a humedad. Las alfombras estaban sucias y daban muy mala impresión. En general, el lugar se siente poco higiénico y no lo recomiendo. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí. Aparte de todo está caro el hotel.

Great hotel. I need to assist to my CAS appointment so I chose it because its 5min walk. Also, took my dogs with me (husky and labrador) and everyone was kind with them and they enjoyed it

Will not return until remodeling this property. This is a rundown hotel, needs new owner. Stay away from this hotel, don’t waste your money !!
