unfortunately, the room had no air condition, therefore i cancelled the rest of my stay and went to another hotel. I have to say the lobby is abit old but the rooms were nice. Pity about the air condition otherwise i would have been happy to stay there.

The service staff is polite and the price is reasonable.

Great home base for our time in Ulaanbataar. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and had something different each day. The main square and all the museums are a reasonable walk away and there is a supermarket right across the street. I stayed in another hotel slightly closer to the square for the same price which was much less comfortable.

海外スパのお湯の汚さは知っているが、ここの汚さはNO1だった！意味のわからない紙パンツが風呂のいたる所に脱ぎ捨てられていて、サウナからシャワーも浴びず飛び込む者、紙パンツのままお湯につかるので、お湯にういた浮遊物がいっぱい！店員は、最後の私が裸なのに、ドア開けたまま最後の片付けを始めた。夜遅かった時間の風呂は世界一汚かった！ ホテルのウエストサイドは、使い捨てスリッパを洗って使用しているもので、タオルは中1枚だけ、イ-ストサイドとは違った！ 掃除スタッフも全く英語が通じないだけではなく、モンゴル語でしゃべりにらむタイドには不愉快だった！ モンゴル人は笑顔がない、愛想がない国民性にしても、どちらがスタッフで客かわからない態度を平気でとる。

Overall a decent stay, just not amazing. Check-in was an ordeal, apparently it’s a lot to ask for a functioning deadbolt. First room also did not have any curtains. Once I got a room it was clean and pretty spacious. The water pressure was hit or miss, water often coming out in spurts from the sink not a steady stream. AC was great and worked the whole time, although I don’t think the temperatures are accurate. There was construction happening on the east side of the hotel while I was there which was quite loud at some points and also moved breakfast to the other side of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, just lacked variety after having it for 5 mornings.

スタッフも親切丁寧な対応していました。 清潔で朝食が美味しかったてす。 今度も泊まりたいです。

大浴室はありがたい。ただし20:00まで。

早朝出立のためランチボックス提供

部屋は清潔、スタッフは親切、朝食も美味しいし、ホテル内のレストランも4ヶ所くらいあってどれも美味しい。それらのサービスの割にホテル代も高くありません。安心できるホテルなのですが、ただ一つの難点は、エレベーターへ行くまでに無駄な階段が多すぎて、大きなスーツケースを持っている身には運ぶのが無駄に大変であることです。ただし、スタッフに頼めばすぐに運んでくれます。あの階段さえなければ、モンゴル渡航の際には毎回泊まりたいホテルです。

Breakfast is quite nice. Staff could be more helpful (only some can speak English), namely for information about the city and tours around UB. It was a nice stay nevertheless.

직원분들도 친절했고, 사우나도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Parking accommodation wasn’t as advertised. It was very difficult to find parking spot.

Odam tertemizdi, çalışanlar kesinlikle saygılı ve ilgiliydi. Tek olumsuz özellik havaalanı servisi olduğu söylendiği halde servis yoktu. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Ama en büyük puan çalışanlara.

スーパーが近く便利

日本式の大浴場とサウナがある。 ただ、湯船の温度は43℃なので、長時間浸かるのは難しい。

日本式のホテル、スタッフも日本語を理解して安心。 朝食も美味しくゆったりしてモンゴルらしい料理もあり満足。最初、ホテルの場所が分かりにくくタクシーの運転手ですら迷い時間がかかりました。 相対的に快適なホテルでした。
