The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone.
Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. It is by far the best accommodation in the area.
The only negative thing would be to people with mobility issues, due to the steepness of the steps.
One absolutely amazing place to stay.

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

This property is very beautiful and has the most amazing view of the sea! The restaurants near the docks were delicious. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am a solo traveler, so the kindness and hospitality were very appreciated.
This location is off the water so you must use the ferry to travel to different parts of Montenegro, or be prepared for pricey taxis.
The hotel is nestled into a mountain so there are a lot of stairs to climb (194 from top to bottom) in order to access the beaches, restaurants, and ferry. For people who have accessibility needs, this may not be the place for you.

They gave us a room by the pool. We had to climb down several floors of steep stairs with all our luggage. The restaurant had very limited menu and charged a lot of money for lousy food. We had to go down several floors of steep stairs to go to the waterfront. Again there was not a lot of choice at the waterfront restaurants. Going back upto our room was hell with steep climb. Luckily when we checked out, the manager carried our heavy luggage up the steep stairway to our car. Even the upgraded room was very bad

Hotel récent dans lequel il manque quemques details de confort : des panneaux indicateurs pour trouver l'hotel car maps vous envoie ailleurs, pas de tv alors que les prises sont là, une seume serviette pour deux, etc...
Mais tout ceci est compensé par une vue splendide sur le magnifique vimlage de Rose.
