The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many customers in the hotel, but still got allocated to a room with interior views, i.e looking into the interior areas of the hotel, instead of one with the view of the streets.

The design of the shower makes it easy for the other parts of the restroom to get wet, and this needs to be improved. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if more choices (both food and drinks) can be provided. The hotel is right above the Mall of Montenegro, so if you want to do some grocery shopping, it is quite convenient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The parking is free, but you need to park the car yourself in the carpark right below the hotel (which is shared with the shopping mall).

A room given with windows not looking outside. So not same with what I book. Room design is old. Employees were friendly. Do not advise to stay. Double check your room before booking.

Its one of best hotels in town with self parking, with attached shopping mall and an old traditional market.

Hotel needs renovation - AC in room 2009 was NOT working; staff indicated leave window open (above street traffic); then informed AC was not operating throughout the hotel. We requested new room or refund; moved to another room where AC did operate. Hotel needs renovation - carpets, showers, etc.

The location was the best asset - proximity to bus station, airport, and walkable to Old Town, downtown, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, calling for an early morning taxi and providing good meal recommendations Although I didnt have time to exercise, the gym is top notch for a hotel like this one. The bad: the interior is dated; clean but dark. The room lighting shpuld be improved, make it brighter and softer. The biggest issue is the room temperature. On the 4th floor, my room was too hot and with no access to exterior windows, the room could not cool enough. My sleep was affected. Also, the mattress felt old and relatively uncomfortable, too.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and I have not been in it since Covid. The rooms look old, with stains on the walls and carpet. It has not been improved at all. Good location, good parking, and decent breakfast. But that is all of the good things. The temperature in the room was too high, and I could not control it. I told reception to look into it and they didn't.

A lovely hotel with attentive and efficient staff who went above and beyond to help. However, the rooms were too warm (opening the window helped, but a security risk since next to walkway) and the controls didn't seem to function. Also, a lot of background noise of pipework and ducts humming all night.

The place is average. City center is walkable. But if you are like me that is always hot even in the winter, this place is NOT for you. The AC is completely not working and heater is always on at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Even if you open the window, it did not help in our room coz our room was facing inward. No cool air coming in. Called the desk and I was told that during winter the AC is off.

The listing says this hotel includes an airport transfer but it does not. They will call you a taxi. The mini bar fridge was completely broken. The room had an ‘ atrium view’- the window opened into a creepy dark astroturfed hallway. There wasn’t any hot water when my friend and I tried to take showers in the evening. For 108$ this seems insane. I would avoid this hotel in future. It’s not even in a very nice location

Good hotel but it isn't upscale as it says. The photos don't represent it so well. Rooms are outdated but condition is ok. It is worth the value of its price though. Breakfast is good and the gym is large.

This hotel is very nice. The room was an ok size. The staff was very helpful. There is a mall attched and it had everything you could want. You can walk around and it felt safe. The hotel is within walking distance of the bus station despite what the taxi will tell you. I would stay here again.
