We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why..
First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool.
Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children refused to stay after the first night. I called the host who was so unhelpful and arrogant, he even said "its not my problem" when I told him that my kids were crying and were afraid of the cockroaches,
The apparent is also far away from the beach and centre of Saidia, you mostly need a car.
I would definitely recommend Saidia, it was a beautiful place but please for your own sake don't stay at this apartment.
