The hotel is situated in a slum. Hotel has it´s own taxi, since taxis does not want to drive there and their taxi is expensive. We changed to another hotel during our stay.

A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!!

Très bon weekend à refaire piscine privée parfait

Un peu compliqué à s’y rendre et à trouver l’établissement mais l’endroit est vraiment sympa et relaxant. Très beau cadre

Séjour reposant dans un cadre agréable. Il y a toujours des améliorations possible, notamment concernant la connexion wifi et les chaînes satellites qui sont pour la plupart inaccessibles. Pour le reste, très belle maison, chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée, espaces communs accueillants. Pour les amis des chats vous serez comblés (il y a aussi des tortues) Petit déjeuner agréable (local, frais, bon et complet) A noter que l’hôtel est assez isolé, obligation d’être véhiculé si on veut se balader.

All staffs are professional and kind, calm place for relax, well maintained with classical decoration. bit Far from city(off road, nothing near to hotel), too many insect(ant), no wifi in the room (we were biggest room), private swimming pool is dirty(we couldnt swim in there even our purpose was that)

Prachtige en ruime kamers, iedere kamer heeft ook een terras. Personeel is top, wij reisden met ons eenjarig zoontje, alles wat je vroeg kon geregeld worden. Shuttleservice erg handig. Menukaart kan wat meer variatie gebruiken, wellness was teleurstellend.

Tolles hotel mit viel flair, ist so wunderychön dass man nur staunt. Leider weit ausserhalb...man muss alles im hotel konsumieren, man kan in def näheren umgebkng nichts kaufen.Es wird ein kostenloser transport in die medina angeboten.

A fabulous, quiet, boutique hotel away from the bustle of the city but close enough to be in the centre of town within 30 mins. The food was excellent. The rooms are fabulous. And the treatment in the Hamman just what I needed to recharge the batteries. Its my 3rd trip in 18 years and I will be going back!

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie på dette meget autentiske og anderledes hotel. Lå tilpas langt uden for storbyens larm og vi havde mulighed for at komme helt ned i tempo. De mange terrasser rundt omkring på hotellet gjorde det muligt altid at finde en plet med sol. Personalet var ualmindelige søde og gæstfrie og spurgte hele tiden, om vi manglede noget. Absolut et sted vi vil anbefale, hvis man er til ro og hyggelig atmosfære. Kommer gerne selv igen.

Beautiful stunning relaxing tranquil hotel to stay

Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude aber alles andere leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit geschmackloser sexistischer und Gewalt verherrlichender "Kunst" dekoriert.Das Essen hat die Qualität eines Essens im Flugzeug, kostet aber so viel, wie ein Essen im marokkanischen Luxusrestaurant. Hier versucht offensichtlich jemand maximalen Gewinn bei minimalem Aufwand zu erzielen. Die Stimmung unter den Gästen ist entsprechend. Die Angestellten sind nett und freundlich, können die Misswirtschaft der Hotel Führung aber nicht ausgleichen. Darüber hinaus liegt das Hotel extrem weit außerhalb von Marrakesch (15 km) und im direkten Umfeld ist wirklich nichts interessantes oder schönes zu erblicken. Die Bewohner der umliegenden Häuser sind eher ablehnend, so dass man keine Freude daran hat, sich außerhalb der Anlage aufzuhalten. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts.

Hebben het hotel vroegtijdig verlaten wegens slechte service! Echt spijtig want ze kunnen hier een juweeltje van maken!

We were recommended to this hotel by a friend who has stayed here before. It’s a special boutique house with traditional Moroccan architecture features, away from the chaos in downtown Marrakesh. We loved our room with a private pool - it was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. If you want to go into the old town Médina, it’s about 25 mins drive and the hotel has free shuttle bus at 10am and 6pm. Definitely a place to come back if we visit Marrakesh again.

personnel très chaleureux et souriant, qui fera tout pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. en revanche, le nouveau manager est nul: manque d'approvisionnement plus de quoio préparer le ptit dej par exemple), le personnel lui fait son meximum. chambre très agréable, grande et literie confortable

Séjour calme , le personnel est très sympas. Les chambres sont propres. Le lieu vous dépayse complètement. Seule benole, la nourriture ( de mauvais qualité et prix très élevé). Et attendez vous a avoir des taxes surprises à la fin de votre séjour.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und in der netten, ruhigen Atmosphäre gut entspannt. Schöner Pool, leckeres Essen, zuvorkommendes Personal und guter Service.
