Hotel was very nice, original and perfectly located in the old Medina. I especially thanks Youssef Who gave me very useful Tips to have a nice stay at Fes.

Great hospitality!

Yussuf and Abdel were excellent hosts with outstanding English skills. They offered helpful hints and promptly answered any questions I had. It was also an easy walk to most of the places I wanted to visit.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Abdeladim hat uns sofort eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit besorgt. ( Sehr günstig ) Der Service das Frühstück war Mega preis Leistung Verhältnis eine 10/10 Ich empfehle es sehr weiter.

Maison au décor raffiné, tout est Marocain et Fassi, dépaysement total. Propre climatisation individuelle qui fonctionne bien ( séjour en pleine canicule jusqu’à 47’ celsius) Salle de bain en plus, agréable. Ménage quotidien, linge changé. Petit déjeuner Marocain dont on ne se lasse pas. Et enfin, Mme Ouedghiri. F. qui est toujours là à votre service secondée efficacement par Anwar pour tout service. Tout le monde est là pour vous. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Très proche des lieux historique de la Médina et des boutiques et pas loin d’une station de taxi pour la ville nouvelle. Il faut y séjourner.

Bien logé au coeur de la médina, cet hotel particulier nous permet d’entrer dans une autre culture, voire même une autre époque. Son personnel fort accueillant et serviable montre bien son désir de nous voir passer un agréable moment. Un incontournable !

Check in was very easy. The host was great and set us up with a tour of the old town, a place to eat and was very accommodating. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious and they have a beautiful terrace on the roof that gives a great view. Something to note- it is not easy to find if you aren’t familiar with the area. This hotel is located in the old part of Fes and cannot be reached by a vehicle. Once we had gotten to the hotel with the help of a taxi and someone to walk us there (who also wanted a tip) everything was great. And we would definitely stay there again

This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want. He printed me boarding pass for my flight because you need paper one and not on app. He can get you shuttle service. Only downside it was cold in the room.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à Fès très beau séjour. Riad à l’intérieur de la médina à 10 minutes à pied de la porte bleue (Bab Bouljoud). Facile d’accès. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bon accueil.

基本的には良い宿でした。 テラスからの眺めも良かったですし、室内も毎日綺麗に掃除してくれます。（タオル交換ももちろん有り） シャワーについては、初日の夜は何故かお湯が出なくてほぼ水でシャワーを浴びる事になりましたが、それ以降はお湯は出たので問題ないかと。（サハラツアー帰りで砂まみれだってたので、シャワー浴びない選択肢は無かったです…） チェックインの対応をしてくれたスタッフ（名前忘れちゃった）はとても親切に案内してくれ、チェックアウト前日には出発時間の確認と朝食の時間なども確認してくれて安心出来る感じでした。 ただ、チェックアウトの対応が最悪でした。 別のスタッフが最終日に対応していましたが、朝食後に11時にチェックアウトする予定を伝えていたにも関わらず、11時にレセプションに行きましたが誰も居らず。 清掃員の女性にチェックアウトしたい旨伝えると、そのスタッフに電話してくれたので、チェックアウトしたいと伝えたところレセプションで待っててとのことで、20分ぐらいレセプションで待ってましたが来ませんでした。。 再度、清掃員の女性を通して電話して、バスの時間があるから今すぐチェックアウトしたいと伝えたところ、5分で着くと言われたのでレセプションで待ってましたが、15分以上経っても来ず。。 流石にバスの時間が迫ってきていたので、再度電話してもらい、もう待てないから出る旨伝えて宿を出ました。 最後の最後で、この宿への印象が悪くなりました。。

Beautiful and historic building in the heart of the old Medina! Anouar was so friendly and hospitable and made sure we always had exactly what we needed

For anyone who wants the incredible experience of staying in the walled medina, I highly recommend staying at this dar (home). The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. One highlight is the delicious daily breakfast (included in cost) served on the rooftop overlooking the city. The rooftop view was magnificent - no other hotel view in Morocco compared. I loved waking up to the sounds of the Medina and the location was an easy walk to the blue gate and other major sites. Also even in the scorching heat, the tiles kept the room feeling comfortably cool. Like all other locations in the walled city, this location does require walking (no car access at the front door) which is part of the wonderful experience. Staff hear speak fluent English as well as many other languages.

decent Riyad. some standing water near the shower area due to incorrect slope on the flooring in the room I stayed. I request Management to fix it. Overall pretty nice place.

Place was in a great spot, near the souk and some terrific restaurants. I would have scored the place higher but I left strict instructions not to clean up or go into my room and they kept doing so despite me reiterating the point. The young fellow on the desk was really caring and helpful.

We loved our stay. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend!!
