Que dire, à part que tout était parfait ? Du petit-déjeuner, excellent avec un bar à omelettes, aux chambres, spacieuses, élégantes et très bien agencées, tout était irréprochable. Un grand bravo également à tout le personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le fait qu’ils prennent le temps d’échanger avec les clients. On sent que leur gentillesse est sincère et qu’il y a une véritable volonté de faire passer un excellent séjour à chacun. Un grand merci à Youssef ainsi qu’à l’employé de la piscine avec son chapeau en paille (désolée, j’ai oublié son prénom !) qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai. Merci à toute l’équipe !

I booked this hotel last minute without even checking the reviews, and it turned out to be the best decision! The hotel was absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless and so clean. The rooftop pool is incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were great, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I’ve already recommended it to my family and friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Séjour parfait, staff très aimable et attentionné, très propre, excellents services

Loved every part of our vacation. Only downside was noise levels (loud music) coming from room next to us; however, the hotel reservations team relocated us to another room. Will definitely return next year for the third time at the hotel.

Överlag väldigt nöjd med hotellet. Rent, fräscht, centralt läge och trevlig personal. Vi fick en gratis uppgradering av rum vilket var uppskattat. Min enda önskan är att de hade spelat lite lugnare och lägre musik vid poolen. Känns inte så avkopplade med uptempo när man är på semester. Hade även bokat spa på någon av de fina ställena i Medina om vi hade haft mer tid. Gästansvarig Mr Youseff var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig vad man än hade för frågor och önskade hjälp med.

I did not like the Reciption, when he told that he gave a nosy room . All the vehicles on my head I could not sleep . It was the worst night .. the reason not only the hotel recipient but Expedia to list such as terrible hotel service ..

Wir waren für eine Woche im Longue Vie & waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr schöne, moderne und vor allem sehr saubere Zimmer! Wunderschöner Rooftop Pool & sehr zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir den super Service aller Mitarbeiter - sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant auf der Rooftop war super lecker! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

L’un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai pu faire ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours attentionné et disponible. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables et impeccables. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine sur le rooftop, tout simplement incroyable avec une ambiance au top. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité, tout comme la nourriture proposée tout au long du séjour. Un vrai plus : tout est disponible sur place sans avoir besoin de quitter l’hôtel (spa, piscine, restauration, services…), ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et reposant.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are always clean. Everybody was kind. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a chef to cook fresh eggs and pancakes in etc. beautiful inside and outside will stay here 1000 times over.

Loved it here because of how central it was and within a walkable environment. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and with a balcony. Lovely.

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain voyage à Marrakech. Honnêtement, je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi bien dans un hôtel, il est même difficile de repartir tellement on s’y sent accueillis et à l’aise. Un immense merci surtout à Youssef pour son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance, sa gentillesse et son accueil irréprochable tout au long du séjour. C’est une personne adorable avec une très belle âme, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toute l’équipe était au top : réception, personnel de chambre, équipe du rooftop, service du petit déjeuner… tout le monde était souriant, attentionné et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le restaurant du rooftop était également excellent avec une très bonne cuisine et une superbe ambiance. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour !

Sauberes Zimmer, wir hatten die Suite im 3.OG leider war der Strassenlärm so laut, dass wir ein Downgrade vornehmen mussten, es gab seitens des Hotels nur ein, wir verstehen das, aber wenn man noch 4 Nächte dort übernachtet, erwartet man zumindest eine Gutschein für Spa oder sonstiges als Wiedergutmachung, dass gab es leider nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut,
