Mooie en rustige hotel. Gelegen aan het strand met natuurlijk een super mooie uitzicht. Dichtbij de stad. Super vriendelijke personeel. We moesten voor ontbijt vertrekken voor ons vlucht. We kregen alsnog een lekker stevig ontbijt! Super lief!

El hotel está situado en un paraje muy bonito en la bahía de Alhucemas. La ciudad en sí es bastante tranquila y, al encontrarnos en Ramadán, muy apagada.
En el hotel se notaba que era temporada baja y aprovechaban para realizar remodelaciones.
La terraza de la habitación con vistas a las aguas turquesa de la playa, una maravilla. El personal muy agradable y servicial. Estuvimos a gusto.

Très belle établissement, bien situé, agréable. Personnel très aimable et Accueillant, souriant.
Très belle vue.
Personne avec poussette attention car il y a beaucoup d’escalier pour accéder à la grande place animée. Pas d’accès facilité pour les poussettes.

the only reason to choose this hotel is that it’s near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise I’m sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100€, I got:
1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful;
2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush;
3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain;
4. In the morning the breakfast didn’t start on time and the coffee machine was not working, meanwhile it’s not clean, nobody got coffee for breakfast;
5. They say the offer 24 hours room service food, but when we called they told us the service is closed...so we couldn’t not get lunch...
Anyway, for one night to wait the ferry was ok, but no enjoyable.

Plumbing was trouble: running water and all shower facilities were broken. Terrible breakfast. The hotel trick the clients to make reservations in suites which are located far away from the sea and under terrible condition and services.

Alles stuk lift , kluis werkt niet vroeg bij receptie
Zeggen ze is normaal als je kluis dicht doet gaat niet meer open omdat ze geen apparaat hebben om in te stellen daarom niet gebruiken
Ontbijt zaal alle tafels bezet stoelen stuk
Weinig keuze wordt niet aangevuld koffie machines
Alle drie stuk na 20.00 geen warme dranken verkrijgbaar ook niet in centrum Hoceima.
Als je naar centrum wilt moet je iets van 200 treden naar boven lopen best zwaar

I was told that the property is 9 years old, but it looks 40 years old. It needs upkeep and attention from its owners. The sea weather has its affect, but to attract people like us, requires quality level maintenance. We had A/C issues, lighting issues, internet connectivity, The elevator was inoperable that entire time 5 days we were there. Maintenance were called for us and did their best to fix things temporarily. The location is incredible, but the sour taste of staying at a run-down hotel was a sad state.
