Comfortable and quiet environment, excellent service, traditional architecture style of the building

The service of the hotel is satisfactory. The old looks a bit old but in traditional Moroccan style. The charge is a bit high comparing to the riads I've been in other places in Morocco. Actually, not much to do in Casablanca, I'd prefer to stay in Rabat next time.

Nice location with the bus stop and supermarkets nearby, and excellent service. The cleanliness of the bathroom and utensils provided at the breakfast buffet is disappointing, though. Plates and forks are VERY greasy. Also, the wifi doesn't work in our room despite the staff's guarantee of it working.

The hotel needs some renovation, but overall it is quite suitable for a stay.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While it is old and outdated, it's still functional. Beds were clean and comfortable. We took the galf-board option which included breakfast and dinner. This worked really well as we didn't have to worry about dinner after a long day. Location was good, but nothing much available within the walking distance. Very close to the Casa Port. The bus (Casa Port stop) and the tram was a short walk away. The Casa Voyagers train station was a short Uber away. Breakfast buffet was good (with salami and eggs cooked to order), dinner was really good - freshly prepared Moroccan dishes every night and served with care. Front desk lady was wonderful, the gentleman not as much - he tried to charge us for anything he could - including the bottled water that we had to buy there because no other option was there. Was it a good experience overall? Yes - we enjoyed our stay. Will we choose to stay in this hotel again if we come back to Casablanca? No - I'll choose a different hotel next time as there's plenty to choose from.

Great location. 10 minute walk to bus or metro connection to the airport. Friendly staff willing to assist. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Old property. The power went out for our floor and the staff had to re set the master switch and we lost confidence that it wouldnt happen again and checked out 3 hours after checking in.

O hotel está bem localizado, em zona bem segura, próximo a estação de trem Casa Port. A decoraçao do hotel é um charme a parte, com seu estilo clássico marroquino. Funcionarios tanto no restaurante quanto no front desk bem simpáticos. O único senão é que não temos controle sobre o ar-condicionado e o cofre no quarto é cobrado à parte.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Konnten ohne Probleme die Zimmer tauschen und bekamen sogar größere Zimmer. Zimmer sind laut, man hört die Nachbarn. Hotel schon etwas abgewohnt, Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig (vor allem Warmwasser), enge Duschen. Matratzen sind sehr hart. Die Temperatur der Klimaanlage kann nur mit Hauspersonal eingestellt werden (da nur eine Fernbedienung für alle Zimmer!); aber zumindest gibt es einen Ein-/Ausschalter im Zimmer. Umgebung ist Innenstadt, deshalb etwas lauter wie in jedem Stadtzentrum. Hat uns nicht gestört. Der hauseigene Spa/Wellnessbereich im UG war wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen (ab 9 Uhr gab es Baulärm im Hotel zu hören)! Keine Vorabinformation dazu vor Anreise. Es wurde zumindest ein Hammam in Taxinähe (ca. 8 min) empfohlen. Dieser Umstand führt auch zur Abwertung, da beschriebene Leistungen nicht vorhanden. Hotelfrühstück war ok. Tramstation, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe (3 min Fußweg). Also Licht und Schatten bei unserem Aufenthalt.

Great stay clean room i love it very friendly staff

The hotel meals (dinner and breakfast) were delicious, but the shower didn’t work at all, bed was uncomfortable, and sound carried throughout the hallway.
