Traditional RIAD with a style. They provided kindness service and helpful advice. It’s great.

結束了沙漠團後，車子直接送我們到RIAD ANATA，雖然RIAD在細巷裡面，車不能進，但只要到達之前致電RIAD的電話，工作人員會熱情的在路口接待你。我們在這裡待了兩晚，很幸運地兩晚都只有我們一組客人，整個RIAD都很寧靜，讓我們能夠好好享受。房間雖然面積比較細，但房間設計都很精美，也很乾淨，燈光設施做得特別有情調。如果你想拍照那種坐出房間窗外望向大堂的相片，你可以選擇橙色的房間。RIAD每晚都有工作人員留守，如果有問題可以隨時找他們，不用擔心保安問題。

The riad is nicely furnished, good location, and great service. We had a nice dinner on rooftop, cost 250DH/person. Convenient enough but if you travel with a group, I would recommend some other nice restaurants nearby. Meal set cost about 300DH/person. More options.

The best riad in Morocco! I should write a lot to praise, but the only word that come to my mind is PERFECT. You will never regret to book this riad.

乾淨;設計時尚;安靜

The riad is very nice, nicely renovated. It is quiet at night and the location is great for during the day, you can reach old town within minutes by foot. The room was comfy and so was the bed, pillows etc. The person who checked us in and helped us with most things, his name is Driss, was super nice, very helpful and makes all the difference in this little hotel. The only thing you have to be careful with is parking. We didn't manage to find the upper parking lot (it's one way and incorrect on Google Maps) but parked on the street. The guys there are quiet pushy and can get uncomfortable. They asked for double price but thanks to Driss we payed the correct amount, 20MAD. There are different guys in the morning and evening so they might want the money twice, be careful. Also if you leave, you will need to pay again. So the best is to pay per day. Also it would have been helpful if the riad sent us the parking instructions in advance as some other roads do.

Air conditioning in the room was very poor and didn’t really work. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Beautiful decor and view from rooftop.

Good place to stay in Gas, inside the old city but on the edges. Easy to get to and park if you are driving.

Riad Anata 에 방두개 2박을 3개월전에 예약하였고 익스피디아에서 컨펌하고 재확인이 필요없다고 하였으나 체크인 이틀전 모로코에 도착한 후 더블부킹으로 다른 Riad에서 대신 숙박할것을 요구받아 다른호텔을 찾으려 했으나 시간이 촉박하여 불가피하게 riad anata가 소개한 대체Riad 에서 숙박하였습니다. 대체숙박한 곳은 시끄럽고 프라이버시가 부족한 1층이고 하수구 냄새가나는 곳이었으며 다른방은 3층의 아주작은 방으로 주었습니다.더군다나 Riad Anata 는 5성급인데 대체 숙박한곳은 4성으로 물값도 별도로 받았고 고객review도 몇개 않되는 곳이었습니다. 익스피디아의 대응은 이런불편에 대해 아무런 조치도없어 실망스러웠습니다.

The service was absolutely exceptional at this riad! Mohammed and Syed were so great! Clean rooms, decent breakfast and an overall awesome hotel! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting fes!

I already paid for this room online, but they charged me for my room and tax again. There was no hot water for shower.

Convenient location, 5-10min walk distance from where taxi could drop us off. Luggage was already in our room upon arrival (we moved from another riad to this one), but no mint tea provided for welcome (like all the other riads we stayed). Staffs are helpful. The room looks like recently furnished with modern style. HOWEVER, the washroom is not well-designed for use (you need to be very careful with the sink and the shower to prevent water from running to the floor). They charged for 40 dirham taxes each person at check-out, which was somehow 15 dirham more expensive to our previous riad in the Medina.
