Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Riad Damia grâce a Asmaa et toute l’équipe du Riad qui a été aux petits soins pour nous.
Le hammam sur place est un vrai plus.
Nous avons très bien dîner.
Et Asmaa a su répondre à nos différentes demandes, notamment pour avoir un guide pour la visite de Fès qui est venu directement nous chercher au Riad.
Je recommande cet établissement pour la qualité de l’accueil et l’accompagnement de ses hôtes.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Morocco! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, with traditional Moroccan design that really gives you an authentic experience while still feeling comfortable and luxurious.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. I especially loved the decor, it felt like I was truly immersed in the culture. The amenities were great, and everything I needed was easily available.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. Whether you’re there to relax or explore, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, culture, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, the staff just let us know we will not be getting our room and we have to share a room with our friends. Horrible horrible experience. The next night they did give us room, but even then the experience was not pleasant.

Le personnel est très attentionné et disponible. Deux employés nous ont accompagné jusqu’au garage pour nous guider afin de sortir du stationnement. Merci à l’hôtesse qui a pris le temps de nous indiquer comment se déplacer et quoi voir dans la médina. Nourriture très bonne. Un peu de réparation à prévoir dans notre chambre en ce qui concerne la douchette et le tuyau de la toile et qui semble manquer d’étanchéité. Sinon tout était très bien.

Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy everything as we arrived late and checked out early.
Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Mint tea immediately upon arrival and it was great! Our room was a suite and full of character. Not pristine but that is the charm of the Riad. Had dinner at a neighboring Riad and that was amazing.
Our proprietor insisted on walking us there (3 women) and offered to come back to get us. We felt very safe.
Breakfast was ready promptly at 7:30 as we were leaving on a desert tour promptly at 8.
Sweets, breads and strong coffee was a great start to our day.

Riad fabuloso, todo o pessoal é fantástico, sempre pronto para ajudar no que fosse pedido. Quartos de sonho, onde nos sentimos uns verdadeiros reis. Muito bem localizado. Recomendo vivamente: quem nunca experimentou um Riad, esta é sem dúvida a melhor opção. Excelente qualidade/preço. Pequeno-almoço e jantares deliciosos.

施設についてはシャワーは使ってないのですが建て付け悪いが寝るだけなら大丈夫。メディナの中にあるのでメディナ散策には便利です。オプショナルツアーの売り込みが凄い。そしてそのオプショナルツアーの質が悪い。観光ガイドツアーははじめの契約内容が違い、買い物させようとばかりします、25€の契約なのに40€と言ってくるしブルーゲートに行くはずが時間が無いと行きませんでした。〔実際には25€しか払いませんでしたが〕フェズ駅までのタクシーも10€といってたのが直前になると13€に値上がりしているし、駅中まで荷物持つ契約だったがそのまま帰るし、チップの要求が強い、またハマムマッサージは隣にあるのに20分ほど歩かされマッサージで癒された身体がまた疲れました。こちらでのオプショナルツアーの申し込みはやめたほうがいいです。そのくせトラップアドバイザーに星5つけろと要求します。フェズはお金で解決なドライな感じ、マラケシュでは心からの親切に出会いました。こちらの対応でフェズの思い出は良いものではなくなりました。

Fes is an experience in itself. Riad Damia was a great experience, with the riad decorated in impressive Moroccan style. We were given a free upgrade to the top-floor suite which was huge and beautiful. The only downside is the water situation. On both nights, we had to settle for barely luke-warm water, which in itself, took more than 10 minutes of letting the water run to be passable in the cold winter.
