The riad and rooms were charming, decorated in traditional Moroccan style, clean and comfortable. The thing that REALLY stood out was the impeccable service from the very attentive staff from check-in, to full service breakfast and check-out.

I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit.
They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them.

I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. Great little riad! Very clean, spacious for 2 ( we had twin beds) & large bathroom. We had a really good breakfast everyday, Youseff was amazing, attentive and Sooooo helpful! He gave us directions, recommendations and great tips for the area! Ali was wonderful and sweet as well! The riad was very close to everything! Thank you team Riad Papillion for a memorable atay!!!!
