Karim and his staff at Talaa 12 define the gold standard of hospitality. Their attention to detail and readiness to serve made our stay in Marrakech memorable - not one detail was overlooked. The location and cleanliness of the Riad are perfect. I would definitely recommend the Riad for anyone looking to experience the best of Marrakesh.

Beautiful Riad in the Médina. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. Mohammed took very good care of us. He made sure that we had everything that we needed, met us at our taxi and walked us to our Riad, walked us to our restaurant the first night, and was friendly and informative. The Riad was a peaceful refuge from the hustle and bustle in the Médina. I hated to leave.

部屋も広く、静かでとても居心地がよかったです。 朝食が、1日目は、卵料理がない代わりにフルーツが。 2日目は卵料理はあったけどフルーツがありませんでした。 おそらく忘れていたのでは？ 2日とも両方とも欲しかった。笑 個人宅に滞在させてもらっている感覚でした。

Sehr gut gelegen mitten in der Medina von Marrakech... sehr schöne Zimmer, Innenhof, Terrasse... Hammam auf Wunsch möglich... leckeres landestypisches Frühstück... gerne wieder

Good clean hotel close to markets and restaurants

Der Aufenthalt im Riad war wunderschön. Leider ist das enge Strässchen nur für kleine Autos zugängig. Wir mussten die letzten 200m mit Koffern zu Fuss zum Riad laufen (wurden vom zuvorkommenden Riad-Angestellten abgeholt und die Koffer wurde uns abgenommen). Achtung: In der Nacht zum Riad zu gelangen ist äusserst schwierig, trotz Navi. Der Markt schliesst gegen 22/23 Uhr und ebenso viele Türen und Tore. Was tagsüber relativ einfach zu orientieren war, war nachts fast ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Junge Teenager haben uns (gegen ein Trinkgeld) zum Riad geführt. Trotzdem ein tolles Riad, grosse Zimmer, sauber und mit lieben Angestellten.

We stayed five nights - for a film project- and enjoyed our stay very much. Our rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet, - a treasure in the medina! Also the stuff is extremely kind and helpful and made us feel home. I highly recommend this riad !

Stayed here for 3 nights and from the moment we stepped in we loved it. The kindest most polite staff you can imagine and a beautiful riad right in the heart of the bustling medina but a haven of tranquility. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here with our 2 teenaged children for 4 days & 3 nights. It is an Oasis of calm & beauty & a complete contrast to the madness of The Medina. Samira & Idris made our stay a wonderful one by attending to every need. Nothing we as a problem, from food & drinks to advice & info on where to visit & what to do. There were no TVs & only WiFi but the kids loved it, particularly having breakfast in the sun on the roof terrace. We really cannot fault our stay here & can't wait to comeback.

Riad magnifique, spacieux Personnel charmant et attentionné, les salles de bain auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Restaurant le jardin à 2 mn à pied bon et sympa. Très compliqué de garer sa voiture près du Riad.

Very nice Riad and very helpful pleasant staff. My main gripe was the unreliable internet connection which you could only get in one room on the ground floor - but not every day. These days internet is a way of life and therefore should be provided as a matter of course throughout the establishment. Not only do people need it to keep in touch with home but also for research about their holiday, planning, social media, weather etc and to have it only available in one room on the ground floor was very inconvenient.
