Quan un ha de passar la nit no gaire lluny de l'aeroport, aquesta és una gran opció, doncs és prou econòmic i l'habitació té un bon tamany.

AC not working, elevator not working, no drink water, bed not clean up. TERRIBLE!

Receptionist was not helpful at all, and not friendly when I ask questions about the facilities around the hotel, the room was so smelly & not clean at all

Pretty run down, but close to the airport. Pool area is good. Be sure to get a pool view. Other side has traffic noise

Ery basic and rustic hotel. Fuñfiññs its mission. It seems they are not aimed for international travelers. Did well with what they have.

We needed hotel close to the airport due to very early flight. It was very good location with free parking. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel on the other hand needs really good makeover. It is due! Our hotel had very bad scent. Our door didn’t lock and handyman had to fix it. Sink didn’t work either, water just sat there. Bed was hard, not too comfortable. Desk was almost falling a part. There is no room service as it says on the website. We had to leave the hotel to go get lunch. Overall we don’t recommend it, there is so many hotels around.

I liked the fact that the pool was cool but usable. All the other pools where we stayed were too cold to stay in. Staff was accommodating and nice. Would stay there again.

Good for price. Front desk employees unproffisiola, did not greet me. Was talking and laughing with friend, assumed every one spoke French. Breakfast is the best part. Rooms and towels not clean. Always find hair on sheets and towels.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, they changed us to another bedroom but the air conditioning was minimum, a lot of flies in my bedroom ,the sheets wasn’t cleaned I was itching all the time ,and I ask them if they can get a taxi for me ,and they say yes and explain to them where I have to go and they say yes ,and the taxi say yes too, and later the taxi ask me for more money ,and the driver wants to drop us anywhere ,so the taxi that they ask wasn’t safe and the the showers had a lot of mold in between the cracks in the walls ,I don’t recommend this place ,so disappointed

The hotel seemed a bit confused when checking-in. They didn’t have a record of my booking or at least seemed like they didn’t. Later on I wanted a fresh towel, but the maids were “done” and because we had the do not disturb sign on in the morning, they couldn’t help us. The keycard also would stop working and we had to rescan for both rooms. My friends quickly realized they forgot an ID in the room. The hotel refused to answer the phone. After numerous attempts, the hotel continued to not answer my calls even when we had Hotels.com customer hotline phone.

Ho dovuto andare per 2 giorni di fila a cercare gli asciugamani che non cambiavano mai,la reception ci ha fatto il check-out un giorno prima non pulendo la camera e bloccando il pass.

Kwam aan op het hotel met reservering en ja hoor moest 5 uurtjes wachten op een kamer. Omdat ze mij vertelde dat alles vol zat echt belachelijk!!!! De volgende ochtend is de kamer ook niet schoongemaakt omdat ze het te druk hadden. Is niet de eerste hotel die ik heb geboekt, maar goed.

J'ai séjourné avec ma famille avec un bébé de deux ans, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de literie pour bébé ni lit d'appoint, mon épouse à oublié son chapeau en piscine, mais en retournant ne chercher, impossible de le retrouver, ne même la réception !!!! Le parking n'est pas gratuit, et la salle de bain sent très mauvaise, sans oublier le room service qui frappe à la porte à 10h pour demander les serviettes ( quelle horreur ). Ajouter à cela aucune aide pour les bagages.

4 heures d attente pour récupérer notre chambre... pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de climatisation, pas de télé !!!!!! A fuir !!!!!

Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement pour les raisons suivantes: Petits déjeuner limité et ramassage du buffet avant l'heure. Réceptionniste pas sympathique du tout envers ma femme, mais avec les hommes, très ouvertes.
