Hotels.com verified review
We called the owner upon arrival as it was recommended, who hanged up without trying to understand the situation or help.
When a local man stopped to help us and called the owner in local language he mentioned he had not gotten the information and didn t try to help of suggest a solution. We ended up booking another room in another hotel.
