Great lodge 1,5 hour from Kasane by boat (Pick up 13.30 by Immigration Jerry. Good food and serviceminded staff. Possible to see many wild animals from the lodge.

Uniquely amazing experience to stay directly on the Chobe river and see so many elephants directly from the lodge. And great service, very genuine and happy to go above and beyond for guests

Unique stay in a beautiful lodge. Great activities to choose from. Expedia do need to update details of getting to the property. As communication with property were difficult prior to stay. Property only accessible by boat. You are picked up from kasane immigration via namibia immigration and then noat safari to property

Es gibt kaum etwas auszusetzen. Die Aussicht wunderbar, das Essen toll. Die Zimmer sauber.
Abzug gab es nur wegen einer Sache die ich total daneben fand.
An einen Tag hatte ich gesagt, dass ich keine Cola aus Plastik mag. Mir wurde dann eine Dose gebracht.
Am nächsten Abend versuchte man mich reinzulegen, indem die Cola aus der Plastikflasche vorab ins Glas umgefüllt wurde. Was schon unverschämt ist. Als ich es bemängelte, wurde mir frech eine warme Dose Cola hingestellt. Unfreundlich und ein Nogo.
Schön war auch nicht, dass man Pula und Namibia-Dollar gleichsetzt. Macht die Getränke 30% teurer. Bei größeren Beträgen kann man allerdings mit Karte bezahlen.

Die Serondela Lodge liegt einmalig und bietet phantastische Möglichkeiten, Tiere zu beobachten, insbesondere Elefanten, Nilpferde, aber auch Löwen und sogar Leoparden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends gibt es ein gemeinsames Essen, das immer sehr lecker war.
