飯店算新,但是馬桶座也是有點壞掉,會移動,而且房間插座也不能充電,害我都得拿去櫃檯充.不過房價真的很便宜又含早餐,1晚不到NTD500,CP值算高的.

Hotel is excellent for the price. Fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented staff. Super clean. Excellent restaurant next door. Anything you would need is within 10 minutes walk.

Although the manager/ staff were friendly and helpful, the property needs to be updated and cleaned. Peeling plaster, sticky floors and general shabby condition is not what I expected. I have stayed in several hotels in Kathmandu and this isn't one I would return to.

Helpful staff and manager. Arranged private vehicle to airportwhen there was a transport strike and no taxis. Free wifi in room and lobby. Breakfast on roof - juice, tea/coffee, 2 pieces toast with jam/butter, 2 fried eggs, potatoes. Down small side street. Many shops, restaurants, laundry etc nearby.

We stayed at Namaste Nepal hotels for 4 nights. The rooms were decent but lacked finishing. Hot water was abundant. We were happy to find TV channels in English, Nepali and Hindi. The wifi generally worked. Breaksfast was made hot when we came but without option or choice of food. The breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace and it is lovely on warm mornings but for cooler mornings, we would have enjoyed an indoor seating option. We stored our luggage upon check out for a few days and appreciated the complimentary service. The hotel staff also provided a locked area for our motorcycle.

I booked a stay here because I was attending a conference in the area. Overall the place is decent. No real complaints about anything. I had the breakfast included in my rate. It consisted of toast, eggs, coffee, and some grilled potatoes. Decent enough. They have wireless on all the floors, but like most of the internet in Kathmandu it was a bit slow and tended to go out periodically. Not really the fault of the hotel, but of the capital's infrastructure. The toilet was a bit gross, but mainly because it didn't deliver enough water to fully flush the contents away. If you just pressed the button for a longer period the toilet would fully flush. It is in a great location because it was close to the Yak and Yeti hotel (the conference location) and still in the heart of the Thamel district (the main tourist strip). The restaurant next door was good. They also allowed me to keep a motorcycle that I was renting in their basement for safe storage. Overall, I would say that this is a good choice in the area.

My confirmed booking was cancelled by hotel. Reason they said to me that they forget to close the booking. I have faced too much hassle. As hotel even didnt call me. After arrival, I come to know about that.

The location of the hotel was great as it was right in Thamel, the main tourist area in Kathmandu. The room and the attached bathroom was clean. There were no toiletries given however. The staff was really friendly and the hotel owner gave us a good rate to exchange USD to nepalese rupees, which was better than the rate offered outside. Breakfast was really tasty as well.

Good location, but not very clean and quite loud. Also hot water only the first day (out of 3).

Hotel rooms with enough space in quiet zone in Thamel gave me good sleep. Atmosphere of the hotel is like a local business hotel. Breakfast was not buffet but a simple breakfast set.
