水滨度假村 - KGH 集团酒店

未知很偏，到市区的路及其难走，满是尘土，非常颠簸。打车都不愿意去的地方。酒店服务很差，订的是套房加床，结果是标间加床，很拥挤，房间毫无特色，像国内的七天快捷标准。而且反复交涉之后也不愿意给换房间。总之很失望！建议大家不要选择这家酒店。

My time at Waterfront Resort was an incredible experience, largely thanks to Yousef. During an unprecedented emergency, he went above and beyond. By far exceeding what would ever be expected of his role. I am extremely grateful for the care and support I received. I’d highly recommend staying here.

After trekking the Annapurna Circuit, I was very much excited for a nice place to relax. The resort was not awful by any means, but it was far from what I expected. The room was not the cleanest (marks on the walls, dirt on the floor). Additionally the A/C did not work in my room, which meant that I had to sleep with the window open and there was a party/ noise going on all night outside. The outlet also did not work in my room, so someone brought an adapter. Dinner was good (veg burger), but the included breakfast was lackluster.

This may have been the nicest place I stayed in Nepal, but I only stayed at a couple other places, and it is 4 star at best. The place itself was nice, but for shower hot water I had to call the desk each day to get them to heat up the water. The shower actually had a shower curtain, which was a positive I learned for Nepal. Also the green area in the picture is an illustion in that it is a park, not part of the property, and the lakeshore is full of litter and other garbage. I found the meals very good and service by all the staff also very good. Internet access and speed also good. Also know that it is not a convenient walk to town, but taxis are cheap. At night the frog noise is very LOUD (in May), so to sleep you may want ear plugs. Oh yes, one of the features listed is an airport shuttle but they will only pick you up for free - for the return you must pay, about $8. The pool was very popular. Overall a nice place to stay and be able to enjoy the view of the lake and hills somewhat near town.

Large hotel. TV a little dated. A decent walk away from the actual town 10-15 mins. Service was good. However on the last day we asked for a lift into town 5 mins and we’re quoted 800RPS. So left a bit of a sower taste as it was only a few mins and there were no other customers. We would have been happy to tip more but that wasn’t the point.

The resort was amazing the staff was friendly and they maintained a high level of cleanliness Sanitizer stations were placed throughout the hotel and they also provided us with shuttle services i will def be visiting again

A great place for a vacation. Pool was very clean (though the baby pool has SHARP edges on the steps and seat that cut my daughter several times). The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job with sanitizing each day. Most staff were very careful and wore facemasks. I'd especially love to praise the accountant! He saw me wandering through the empty restaurant and jumped in to help me get ice, even though it was not his job. The front desk staff were also very helpful (especially Pradip) as was the restaurant staff, (especially Sweeti). All in all a very good stay and vacation!

I love everything about the resort😊.The property is so breathtaking with all the view.The staff are super caring and excellent.The food is great.I loved it and i will definitely stay here everytime i come to Pokhara.Thank you Waterfront resort for making our stay in Pokhara a memorable and beautiful one💯🌹

one of the best places to stay in Pokhara , stayed for 3 nights , during the first night the aircon was leaking water and it took a long time to fix it (wasn't there any apologies from mgt side) + location + cleanliness + quite - room service take plenty of time to get your order

The property look just like the pictures. Great housekeeping staff. Windows and balcony doors did not close completely which caused insects to enter room. Hotel restaurant food was not good and very expensive. Travel desk misleading.They sold me an expensive sight seeing package that really covered taxi. I had to purchase a ticket at each sight. Hotel did not provide discounts for spa services.

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Pokhara. It is set a bit outside the hustle and bustle of the Lakeside area (very touristy area) but it is an easy walk to there if you want to try restaurants and go shopping. We were there for an overnight between treks. It is quiet and peaceful at Waterfront which is what we wanted. We had a light dinner in the restaurant which was very good. We also had a fantastic breakfast there (buffet) which included lots of choices. As we were trekking the next day, they kept our luggage for us and we were able to pick it up after out trek. If we had more time, there are amenities we would have enjoyed including a pool. The concierge can arrange other activities as well. We highly recommend Waterfront Hotel!

Short hop from Kathmandu quieter and cleaner with spectacular views of Himalayan peaks at Sunrise. Hotel arranged short excursions and we enjoyed the lakeside pool, great breakfast and very attentive staff

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool right on the lake. The location is a bit far from town but overall very nice.
