地點非常好，但四圍比較嘈。wifi非常弱﹐有等於冇。

Prima hotel voor één overnachting. Midden in het centrum is ideaal, maar het is er niet rustig. Er zijn veel terrassen die flink vol zaten. En onze kamer was aan de voorzijde (terraszijde) Vriendelijk personeel, staan meteen klaar. Parkeren is duur in Haarlem. Op advies van hotel geparkeerd bij Interparking station. Is een kwartiertje lopen naar hotel. Goed te doen. Ontbijt hebben we elders genuttigd.

Fabulous location, room basic but clean

Really nice hotel right in the centre of Haarlem. Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful.

Outside, the hotel looked relatively small, but it felt huge inside. Extremely chic and modern decor at reception, the room was a little dated, however very tidy. The staff at the hotel were excellent, we couldn't fault them. We were able to check in early as our room was ready, and we also made use of their luggage room upon check-out. Superb location, in the heart of Haarlem. We would definitely return here if we were to visit Haarlem again, for the location itself. Hair dryer, kettle and bathroom facilities were great. We did not select the breakfast option as 19,50 EUR per person felt expensive to us, especially with so many other options nearby. The only downfall of our stay was the temperature of our room. We stayed at the hotel during warm weather, and our room faced the sun in the heat of the day. While there was a fan (appreciated!), it was incredibly warm in the room which made it difficult to sleep. The window only opened so far, which was frustrating but understand this is likely for safety reasons. The room and hotel would be perfect with air-conditioning. Another super minor issue for us was the lack of clothes hangers - we were limited to just three for two people. We would've expected at least three each. Other than this, we really recommend the hotel.

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Located in the heart of Haarlem it is the perfect location from which to walk the city and see all the sights. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants close by and the Saturday market should not be missed. There is no need for a car. It’s an easy 10 min walk from the train station to the hotel. So enjoy.

Great location and service

The room was very simple but the view of the church was stunning. The breakfast was really good and the decor of the restaurant is beautiful.

Ett bra hotell, mitt i city, intill den stora katedralen. God frukost. Obs katedralens klocka ringer varje timme dygnet runt. Hör inte så mycket men är man ljudkänslig bör man ta med öronpropparna

Amazing location. Hotel rooms and halls a little dated. We visited in April and opened our window for cool air. Not sure what happens in summer. Bring flip flops for shower.

The hotel was a good clean stay. Staff was attentive and informed. No parking was required during my stay. Breakfast is breakfast

The hotel is a bit date, however the hotel and rooms are being cared for. The rooms, bathrooms, towels, and bedding are clean. A plus the room came with a mini-fridge, not standard in Europe. The staff, Morena, was wonderful and provided some excellent history and tips for visiting. She advised us to buy a combo ticket to Keukenhof Garden with bus (QBuss) ticket. 13 minute walk from hotel towards central station a one none stop bus to Keukenhof Garden. The hotel is situated perfect location to explore Haarlem and other cities by train from the Central Haarlem Station, 13 minute walk. Morena also suggested the Corrie Ten Boom museum/memorial, get free tickets early (6/8 weeks prior to visit), we go lucky for non-peak time and really lucky. Breakfast is good and healthy. This hotel is centrally located to the Haarlem. I would stay again. Note, we weren't traveling with young kids, thus for singles and couples this place is safe, friendly and very good base to visit the Netherlands.
