大廳附設吸菸室，在寒冷的冬天很溫暖實用。

交通地理位置很好，距離機場1站距離，火車站到飯店走路10分鐘。 房間乾淨，住起來很舒服。

第二晚住宿沒有熱水，修理途中有beep beep聲，嚇死人 住宿不近市中心，行十分鐘有電車站，尚算方便 處於郊外地方，比較寧靜

近火車站，交通方便易找,房間整潔，是住宅區，很平靜，設施齊全，不錯，但附近沒有餐廳及少購物點，但出市區很快，近市中心

酒店很好很舒适，去市中心也很方便。就是里租自行车的地方远了点。

酒店设施完备，吹风筒，冰箱，擦鞋纸，电水壶等方便使用，空调很安静。对吸烟人士（虽然本人不抽烟）没有歧视，在靠门口的一小空间备齐电视，书籍，沙发供享用（不知道里面烟味是否浓得不需要买烟都能享受哦）

This is the worst lodging experiment in Netherlands. The rude attitude and unfriend faces from the reception desk is still recalling. First, without any alert, I booked a double bed room for an adult and two kids, and successfully checked in. However, later on, when we stepped out of the hotel for a lunch, the staff stopped us and said the room is only for two persons, not for an adult and two kids. Her rude attitude made us angry. We tried to cancel the hotel, but she firmly told us it is impossible. This is equal to say that we have to book another room in their hotel. Finally we had to do so. Two double-bedded room for three nights for an adult and two kids!!! 2. We left our luggage in room desk. These things were put in a supermarket plastic bag.After returning, we found everything is gone! The hotel's answer is pretty ridiculous: we clean everything on the table. The personnel belongings should be put in their luggage bags! 3. We had a dinner in the first floor restaurant. My kid took out one bottle of juice we purchased from supermarket. Immediately, we were told that we can't drink the juice bought from outside. All these three things make us believe that this is a rude hotel. The attitude of the receptionist should be greatly improved

The breakfast was excellent, and it’s a bonus to have reasonably-priced parking on-site. That said, the parking rates on the website are out of dateand clearer signs to the car parks would make arrival a lot easier. The room had a Nespresso machine with two capsules, which would have been a nice touch — except it wasn’t working. Not much staff on site. There’s no daily housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. The location is great — you’re in the city centre within 30 minutes by tram.

Perfectly serviceable. Next to some great parks.

The breakfast is inexpensive but not a lot of options. Someone makes omelettes there but it makes the entire area smoky. Suggest to remove omelettes making and increase food varieties. The bathroom light is dim and the basin design is awkward. Very hard to wash face without bumping your head on a platform placing tooth brush and stuff. Beds are very soft and outlets are only 3, which is not as many as I would prefer. For house keeping, there were 2 times we didn't get clean towels so had to ask the stuff for them. The room has a big smart tv which we appreciate, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Solid room. Clean abd simple. Good quality for the price. Its not the hilton butnim not interestwd in those prices either. Would prefer fitted sheets but i think thats a wuropean thing to not have them

Room was dirty, the air in the room was really moist although outside temperature was around +15. The towels for example did not try up. Restaurant closed 1hour earlier than what was told. Asked for an extra pillow that was promised to be delivered to our room, after 2 hours I went looking for it and the service person was just sitting on the sofa using Mobile Phone with no hurry in the world.

O hotel oferece bom custo/benefício, mas há pequenos detalhes que tiraram minha quinta estrela. O box do banheiro é escuro, não há onde colocar o shampoo e sabonete e a maçaneta da porta estava solta. A pia também é estranha. Além disso, havia uma caixa de papelão no gramado que ficou os 4 dias da estada diante da minha janela. Fora isso, tudo ok. Cama confortável, tv grande e perto o suficiente do centro.

Værelset var beskidt, mug og skimmel på vindues ramme, meget larm fra gade. Sødt og venlig personale. Let tilgang til letbane mod centrum

Room hadn't been cleaned properly, possibly, actually the worst check in experience ever, by the rudest, most obnoxious woman I've ever met. Spoilt our stay. The hotel was ok, shame the room wasn't maintained during our stay, clean towels etc, but the staff were not nice. Never stay there again.
