整體很好舒適，只是上落行李 沒有地方,比較困難

前台人员在办理check in时态度特别不好，不能积极帮助客人查找订单，而且问她问题也是爱答不理。酒店位置还不错，客房不是很大，清洁度良好。

Good and Comfortable

Hotellet har alt du trenger, rommet var lite og pent - virket som det meste her var relativt nyoppusset, og alt var rent. Nattevakten var hyggelig og også velkomsten. Parkering rett utenfor. Vi dro tidlig så kunne vi kun betale timepris fra 9 fremfor 7.5 euro som den andre parkeringen koster. Vi prøvde ikke frokosten. Vi kommer tilbake:)

zentral gelegen, Zimmer okay auch modern, leider ohne Klimaanlage, Fenster konnte man öffnen, aber stark befahrene Straße und sehr laut.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Responded to our needs very quickly. Was unaware our room had no air conditioning. It really should be noted so there is no disappointment and your rating will be imlroved with this knowledge. Also elevator was not working and walking up to second (with 0 being ground floor) was difficult for older guest (me!) with luggage. This should have been noted prior to check in even if it was temporary. Again best to expose than hide facts of stay.

Still being refurbished - and amazingly they haven’t put aircon in! Even in February it was too warm. The refurbished rooms are a vast improvement on before. Staff getting round building issues, but signs lead you all round the building, then say no entry! Will be good (but very hot) when finished. Extremely convenient for Hedon to see live bands.

Don’t waste your money on the breakfast - was not worth it all

Goede locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum, voor de deur parkeren (betaald). Schone kamers. Er is wel een verbouwing gaande momenteel.

I spent 9 nights in this hotel It was the best choice

All good It would be great if they have a small fridge in the room

Een deel van het hotel is duidelijk toe aan verniewing. De tafels in het restaurant doen me denken aan een oude kantine. Bedden waren prima. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Selbst nach Umbau muss man sagen, das das hätte deutlich besser gemacht werden können. Zudem scheint sich der Umbau sehr zu verzögern

Ok so I don’t speak Dutch but still receive your stuff in Dutch. When we show up for check in , 2 of our rooms weren’t ready and it was 3pm. The check in is from 2pm. It took us more than 30min to check in . there was no water in one of our room and we couldn't take a shower this morning what i specified at the reception.

In renovation but a good location hotel
