地點方便

Very convenient to everywhere ，must add fan if no air-conditioner in summer ，staff good services 。price is reasonable because the price is including of breakfast。

整體來說，交通和地點位置真的很方便，就是真的房間空間太小了，可惜。 不知道是不是國情區域不同的關係，以硬體設備應該不能算是三星飯店，房間真的小到不行，沒地方放行李箱，行李箱打開就沒辦法走路了。 但軟體部分，服務人員和服務品質還有交通點上還是很不錯的，如果會在阿姆斯特丹多玩幾天的話，可以安排輪流住看看。

性价比很高，在市中心，地段非常不错，但是我们住了3天，没有给我们换床单，毛巾应该是换了。房间略小没有空调，早餐很好

staff not helpful no basic facilities, they treated all tourists as thief, don't know how much things they are being stole and made them like this.

沒有WIFI 舒適度不足 超方便 職員友善

方便到機場和景點，但不要要求及期待太多 工作人員友善 包早餐可以慳一點 不錯 酒店下已有supermarket 和好食的薯條舖，不用擔心小食 到紅燈區也是十多分鍾路程內 方便得很 如果有租單車更佳

因當晚房間爆滿，只能提供一間未有收拾好的房間。 又不能提供其他酒店房間給我。 因當時已經晚上11時多，我無法在外再找酒店，職員又不肯替我找新酒店，當晚職員立即致電當地hotels.com中心告知退款，我唯有只好待在那間未收拾好的房間一晚，而她答應會退回房錢。 現在我睡過那未收拾好的房間後，雙腳敏感，紅腫起來，我要求賠償。 我附上未收拾房間及我敏感的相給hotels.com職員跟進，hotels.com只回覆，酒店現在反口不肯退款，完全欺騙手段，hotels.com也沒有為客人取得應得的賠償。 十分差。

The hotel location is surprisingly convenient that a lot of tourist attractions can be visited on foot. The tram station is very near too so places are highly accessible with the kind help and hard-working hotel staff.

服務都尚可. 房間沒有煲水水壺,我問可否借用一個因東方亞洲人都要飲熱水, 他們很有禮貌地拒絕因說要備用早餐. 但歡迎我們可隨時去厨房自行煲水用. 另外, 家人覺得房間少許涼想取多一張毛毯蓋被,但他們既然暫時找不到, 會繼續再找, 只能提供床單頂替住.

離市中心很近，往左就是百貨、往右是中央車站、往前過二條小路就是紅燈區，交通位置來說非常好。 缺點是:房間沒有wifi，只有大廳有、打掃只有吸一吸，不會徹底清潔的感覺。(但會換毛巾)

我住的房型在0樓 (跟大廳櫃台算同一層)的角落,光線陰暗,房間很舊,住起來不舒適,但我不知道樓上會不會有比較高級的房型?? 因此對我這次經驗來說只有交通方便是唯一優點! (PS.旅館有電梯 也算另一優點,只是我用不到)

The location is great. The room is clean and the breakfast is also good. However, it is lack of air conditioner so I felt a little hot when I stayed there.

The Delta is a good 3-star hotel very well situated between Central Station and Dam Square, Handy also for the number 2 tram which seems to go to most of the places you would want to see on a short trip like ours. Lovely friendly staff.

quarto bem limpo e atendia nossas necessidades tv ok. cama show. a unica ressalva era o banheiro. um simples banho molhava todo o banheiro causando um desconforto grande. merece um cuidado maior. um box fechado resolveria

Should have a mini fridge on the Room.

The front desk staff were pleasant.I did not care for some hotel rules: NO eating or drinking in your room (other than water) If you wanted bring something back to the hotel to eat you could eat only in the sitting area by the vending machine NO visitors in or to rooms -not that we had planned to have visitors-but for people who are travelling with friends might want to know this. I did not care for the buffet breakfast-but that said, if your satisfied with simple you may find it sufficient -they offer: breads (no muffins or pastries), canned fruit cocktail, fresh fruit, ( think oranges, apples maybe banana ?), some cereal, fruit juice, milk, bulk yogurt coffee/tea, beans, eggs, bacon-can't recall if there were breakfast potatoes The pictures on website are deceiving-definitely NOT ANY THING LIKE OUR ROOM..the room we were in: *was bare laminate floor that was curling up on the edges, possibly almost a old as hotel room appeared *lighting in room ver poor *there was an odour that smelled like sour milk (opening window did not clear smell) *the bathroom was a step up...if your needing to be up during the night, leave a light on or have a little flash light *if in the shower too long the fire alarm sensor goes off and you have the front desk banging on the door, asking if you are all right (I guess one should be thankful when the sensor goes off they come to your door) but having 2 showers shouldn't set off a fire alarm *the location is good *cost ?? WOULD NOT BOOK AGAIN
