Petit lits, oreillers moyens. Ménage fait en courant ou pas fait. Climatisation impossible à régler

Nothing hidden about impolite of the Dutch and that’s totally fine but when it comes to hospitality and service that I paid for, this is totally unacceptable. Positive things: Room size of 25m2 Coffee and water heater in the room The negatives are as following: 1- During checking in you won’t have the room which you have booked already on the platform. Justification (the rooms shown in the photos are just an example but on reality your room is a lottery based on what the receptionist selects for you) 2- all beds have two separate mattresses and even if you are single or tall and you would like to replace with one big mattress you have to pay extra per night to change the room to superior. Justification ( this 4 star hotel of almost 150 rooms has no spare double top mattress ) 3- Room service isn’t really that good or you have to be in the room to control a good daily cleaning for your room. (When I went to reception to ask for a plastic bag for the trash which the didn’t re-set after taking the rubbish of the previous day, they just passed me a new one with a message of DIY) I don’t know how this hotel got a 4 star and why?! However, I do know that it is better to stay home in Amsterdam than spending money in local Dutch vacation with Fletcher group. Definitely any destination worldwide, you will get a better value for the money spent compared to staying in Netherlands with a value much more less for each hour spent.

Dejlig stort værelse. Værelset var rent. Nem indtjekning. Dog var der ikke særlig mange stikkontakter i værelset og gangen lugtede af hash ved ankomst til hotellet. Senere var denne lugt forsvundet.

Good dinner options

Nous avons mangé au dînner mais le service a été très long environ 45 mn avant d'être servi et pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain, l'hotesse d'accueil nous a confirmé 4 personnes pour le petit déjeuner et le lendemain uniquement 2 personnes étaient comptées. Nous avons encore attendu avant que la solution soit résolue.

El trato del personal de recepción es horrible, muy despotas para contestar y hablarte. Respecto al desayuno, no está mal y en cuanto al restaurant, la cena que pedí, la comida no era fresca, se ve que eran sobras de otro día, se notaba por la dureza, el re-calentamoento en micro y etc. NADA recomendable comer ahí

Nachdem ich ca. 10 Minuten lang von der eigentlichen Empfangsmitarbeiterin ignoriert wurde und sie lieber weiterhin telefoniert hat als Gäste zu empfangen, hat sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin aus dem Backoffice um mich gekümmert. Mein Zimmer war prinzipiell schön aber auch sehr dreckig. Das Hotel wirbt mit einem exklusiven Spaportfolio. Im Hotel angekommen habe ich erfahren, dass Spa nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist und extra kosten würde. Hier wäre mehr Transparenz wünschenswert.

Very clean hotel, easy parking and fantastic restaurant. Very convenient location, too

Room and food were really good. But what really let it down was the service. Whilst not always poor on the odd occasion it was really good, usally while ordering from the QR code on the table then it was ok. But service at the bar really let it down.
