Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. I like the shower very much. It relaxs me a lot after exploring the city. Suggest to add a door for the washroom and bathroom to give more privacy while someone is using them. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to get to that floor. We checked in at 12/F Reception. Take a lift down to 10/F and walked through a long way to get another lift to go up to 11/F. When I went for breakfast, I had to go that way too. It is a bit not convenience. My overall experience in this hotel is very good.

Great location. Friendly staff. Fantastic view at the pool. Pity that the pool isn't open all day for hotel guests. Another thing is I was really confused about the house keeping. It seems every time I put up "please clean the room" sign, they don't come; if I don't put it up, then they will clean my room...

Very close rail station. The hotel is new and confortable. However, the air-conditioner is central control and could not adjust temperture in own room

Man musste das Parkhaus bezahlen, kostengünstige Parkplätze in der Nähe gab es nicht! Parkhäuser in Leiden und Umgebung s...teuer. Wir haben fürs Parken an drei Tagen fast genauso viel bezahlt wie fürs Hotel! Im Zimmer war das Bad mit Schiebetür/Klo schloss also im unteren Bereich nicht ab, so dass Geräusche hörbar waren, was ich persönlich furchtbar finde! Es gab keine Sicht zum Meer vom Hotel, was angepriesen wurde! Unter uns der Bahnhof, war mir beim Buchen nicht so bewusst, war jetzt nicht so schlimm, aber dafür war mir das Hotel eigentlich zu teuer! Frühstück war okay!

Had the suite room. All good. Only thing is that we were in the builiding on the other side so a little bit inconvenient where you have to go down to level 10 then walk all the way to the other building and then go to the allocated floor. At 21.00 they close the door in that building so if you are a smoker then you have to go all the way to the other buidling again so all in all not so convenient. Staff is great and location is good.

Reservation was made for a standard room. The room was not comfortable and bed was with one common duvet. We decided to pay for an upgrade and had a very good stay.

Fantastic location, right next to train station. But, basically, this place is like a conference centre and rooms look out onto internal offices. Big air conditioning units take up space in room rather than them being integrated. Staff were friendly and resolved an issue we had with our first room by re-rooming us. Breakfast was ok. Nice bread /pastries and coffee. Cooked buffet was limited. We were excited about using the spa before we found out it was a naked one and you couldn’t wear a swimsuit- no thank you! Also, it came at an additional cost which wasn’t clear to us at the time of booking.

Room was very clean. Bathroom decent size. Good hot water and pressure. Sadly it floods the bathroom. Beds comfortable. Good view. Location is excellent, right beside the station, an easy well lit walk to the beautiful center of leiden. Super range of breakfast, very fresh. Nespresso machine and pods in the room. Parking in level just below the hotel, easy to use and safe, well priced for leiden. Highly recommend this hotel

Blev väldigt besviken över att spa och bad inte var tillgängligt. Endast en bassäng som var öppen en timme på morgonen. Ingen badrock eller tofflor fanns utan man fick åka barfota i hissen med en liten handduk för att komma till badet. Frukosten var spartansk och serverades i en mörk lokal nere i huset

Yes, the breakfast was good and fresh. We didn’t need any parking facilities, as we used public transport, buses and trains. The hotel is right next door to Leiden train station, so very handy.
