地點很好，但房間隔音很差，採光也不好。

The hotel is quite close to the central station, which is within 10 mins walk. The staff is very nice and speaks good English. The only problem of the hotel is it doesn't have a lift, and the stairs/ corridors are so narrow; which makes it very difficult and will take you lots of effort if you have a larger luggage

good location, really near downtown, tiny bedroom, but very clean

酒店位置不難找， 不過沒想到房間狹窄， 隔音太差， 上層住客只要輕聲細語，下層住戶也可清楚聽見，不會推薦給朋友

terrible soundproofing design of room. stayed at room No.1 on 1st floor. people walked by and rolling luggage are just annoying. was waken up by someone drop a thing on the ground.

Hotel was in a great area, staff was very friendly and accommodating but this is more of an Air b&b type room. Better for people traveling who don’t plan on being in their room much.

I stayed here for 2 nights and my experience was very bad. Firstly, this is not really a hotel, it feels more like an Airbnb. My room was on the third floor and the stairs were extremely steep and unsafe. There was no customer service, no housekeeping during my entire 2-night stay I was only given 2 towels, no toilet paper, and no hot water in the tap (only in the shower, and that too after one day). Nobody came to clean the room. It’s definitely not worth €300 for 2 nights. The only good thing about this place is its location in the city center.

Very convinient from Amsterdam central station which is just 6 minutes walk to the hotel. Eventhough located in central area the place is quiet and peaceful.

This was a very comfortable place to stay, in an excellent location with a great view of the canal. Pretty small space, but very adequate for three people. Bathroom door could use some hooks on the back for towels and clothing, as floor gets pretty wet when showering. I would stay here again. Check in and out was very easy.

Ideal location and fair price

Room is very small, so does as bathroom. Stairs are narrow may easily fall. Coffee supply only for one day and no cleaning of the trash. It is not worth for what I have paid and very unexpected to live in such conditions of the room.

It would have been nice to have more than a third of a roll of TP for a two day stay, hand towels, cleaner accommodations. Old and in drastic need of rent

Hotel Canal View is a budget-friendly, no frills room for Amsterdam. It's not a cute, boutique place, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower worked & the water was hot. I arrived early & the manager took my luggage for me. When I had to check out early to hit the museums, he kept it for me until I returned in the afternoon. I felt safe there, as a woman traveling alone. It's within walking distance of the train station. Stairs are steep, so be careful! Located near some nice restaurants. There are certainly nicer places, but for what I paid, I'm pleased with what I got.
