酒店仍在裝修中，如生活在地盆內，髒、濕、嘈。是2星級小旅館不是3星級酒店，不應收酒店的價錢，有被騙的感覺，Hotels. Com 應了解清楚才上網讓客人訂房，很失望的一次住宿，影響了我對hotel. Com的信賴！

The bed is not the most comfortable, but the overall quality for the price is fair. The staff is polite and friendly.

Old building, tiny tiny elevator and tiny rooms but has a little bit of old charm . Great location to walk to everything or jump on the tram. On a canal. Would stay here again.

Quarto limpo, bem arrumado. Muito boa a localização. Só tive problema com o check in. Cheguei 20:00h, não tinha ninguém na recepção. Outros hóspedes que me ajudaram a entrar em contato com o administrador do hotel, para conseguir ter acesso ao meu quarto. Quase que eu e minha família, tivemos que procurar outro lugar para dormir. Esse fato foi lamentável.

The hotel is in really bad shape, the room was badly cleaned, and the bathroom was super small, and for reference in a really small woman 1.57cm. Not to mention the broken side table. The guy that did my check-in tried to make me pay more that what was marked in the app Expedia, I had to show the real price and they ask you a deposit (sometimes in cash) , I literally witness a deposit from a family being lost of 100€. So yeah, literally go elsewhere, an hostel is better than this.

We have travelled over Europe and have never been so disappointed. When we arrived at 6:30pm, the staff had already left. We didn't think that would be a big deal until our air conditioner didn't work, our bathroom door was warped and would close and the door handle fell off. The room had a remote control for the air conditioner but it wouldn't work. It was sweltering hot in the room. We called the emergency phone numbers several times until we finally got ahold of someone 45 minutes later. The man that answered the phone told me that they told have air conditioning in the rooms. I explained that the website said that it did and he insisted that the hotel has never had it. I asked if someone could come to help us with the other things and he promised to send someone within the hour. Nobody came or called me back. After a horrible night sleep in the heat, Andrew from the front desk said that all rooms have air conditioning and he is not sure why someone didn't help me the night before. I asked him to have the manager/owner to reach out to me and he said that he would do that. I have also emailed the hotel with my concerns and still have not received any correspondence. Terrible place to stay.

To start, I have to say this was the most disappointing hotel we stayed at during our trip through Europe. It also had the least friendly and least helpful customer service. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved an extra night about three months before our stay. I realized the error less than 24 hours later and contacted the hotel immediately. Although I accepted that the mistake was mine, the hotel was unwilling to offer even a partial refund or any alternative accommodation, which was disappointing. The rooms were very small, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the windows did not seal properly and felt loose, which made the room less comfortable. That said, we still made the best of our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions within easy walking distance, and that was definitely its biggest advantage. I’m hesitant to recommend this hotel based on our experience. Of course, every stay is different, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I’m sharing my experience as honestly as I can.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber und das Bad war sehr klein und das Wasser ist teilweise auch nicht abgelaufen in der Dusche und im Waschbecken. Das Spannbetttuch war nur ein Laken, dass sich bei der kleinsten Bewegung gelöst hat und dann lag man auf der Matratze. Die Lage ist dafür ideal. Man war super angebunden und konnte auch fast überall hin laufen.

Matkustimme pienen vauvan kanssa. Hissiin mahtui matkarattaat juuri ja juuri. Rappuset hotellissa erittäin jyrkät, mutta pärjäsimme hyvin vauvan kanssa. Tyynyt olivat meidän makuun hieman liian korkeat. Hotelli hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikkaa, pääsimme kävellen hyvin kiertelemään. Lidl muutaman minuutin matkan päässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan sopiva hotelli muutaman yön kaupunkilomalle.

Nos dieron un cuarto en el último piso y el elevador no llegaba hasta el piso de arriba, las escaleras estaban mortales y el cuarto era pequeñísimo como en un ático.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer. Obwohl es klein ist, ist es wirklich bequem und sauber. das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir hatten einen guten Schlaf. das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön mit Blick auf den Kanal. Für mich ist es sehr wichtig, wie ich aufwache und aufwache, da ich wusste, dass ich einen guten Kaffee hatte, warte ich eine nette Geste. Ich würde für eine Übernachtung empfehlen, wenn Sie eine Veranstaltung haben. Location ist auch perfekt.

Overall, it was a very nice place. The rooms were not very big, but it was clean and centrally located. We got there late, but they sent us a code to check in, which made it very simple to get into our room. The only thing was that there was no elevator to the fourth floor so we had to carry our bags up a tiny stairway. But overall a great place to stay.
